Scramblers — Restaurant in Greenfield Township

If I could give a zero star rating, this place would get it. It took 15 minutes to be seated as everyone was too busy standing around and talking. Once seated, we ordered drinks. We all asked for water and all 3 water glasses were filthy with dried food still sticking to them. We ordered; I myself had the mini classic with loaded potato chunks. The silverware had food still stuck on it, the salt shaker had black particles on the inside that came out with the salt and, worse yet, I found hair in my food. While we were trying to eat, a waitress came over and started dusting the counter, pushing dirt on to our table. Thankfully, I was not eating at that point or I would have had dirt all over my dish. The others at my table had nothing wrong with their food and said that it was actually pretty good. I never had a chance to even try it so, I cannot comment. This place needs to seriously look into their cleanliness and get something done about it. I will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone until it either goes under new staff, new management,...

I was sadly disappointed in this establishment. They attempted to sit us at a dirty table. I over heard the server saying something about she thought her staff member had cleaned it ! And never mind I will seat you at this table.

It was fine then on and the staff was nice and very pleasant ! She is the ONLY reason I am giving this place 2 stars.

When the food came ( In a timely manner ) the staff took one of my groups plates and out it on ANOTHER TABLE and left it there for a good few minutes while unloading our other food. The only reason my group member ate it is because I was watching it and they didn't touch it.

Just the fact that they sat it at another table for a few minutes and proceeded to bring it over to our table was gross.

I didn't really care for the pancakes but not the restaurants fault. The bacon was good and cooked exactly how I requested it.

I would NOT choose to...

We were seated by a nice young man who bought our drinks. Then no one came to the table. A party of 6 was seated in another section after us and had their ordered taken and no one to our table. Two more tables were sat next to us. We stopped the young man and inquired about a server. He apologized and went to talk to a server. We waited a few more minutes and she came and went to the table behind us who were sat at least 5 minutes after us. At that time we got up stopped the young man to say she went to another table and left. After he talked to the server her demeanor changed and she commented to the people behind us that she didn’t know she had this section. Unprofessional at a minimum. And very disappointing for a restaurant that usually offers...
