Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Greenfield Township

Ordered Two Subs last week Sept 2025 , After we Ordered my Daughter who holds a Food Safety License and is a Chef pointed out how Dirty and unclean the Grill was with food scraps all over it , the counter in Cooking area was a mess food everywhere, the oven had build up and build up of nasty food! Our Fries were not cooked all the way and not whole Fries just tiny Pieces like in Bottom of a bag!!! Where is Management in this place???? It used to be really good when it opened???? What is going on in this Place??? Health Department needs to be Notified immediately!!!! This place is so Unclean I’m surprised someone has not become Seriously ill ! How is this place...

This restaurant is on door dash. This will the last time i order from the restaurant. I order a sandwich a lemonade and a fry. I got the sandwich... no fries no lemonade... not sure what happened so i call the restaurant. Whomever answered the phone must not have any customer service training she was rude to me as soon as i said my name is brittany jeffries and i order on door dash she said you have to do it on the app. I just wanted to know what happened to the rest, i have screen shots on my phone. I ABSOLUTELY love the company and the business model/food of Penn Station and I have experience working with them, that being said, I would really be interested to know if the "General Manager" Debbie is still employed at this location, or at all. She was caught having sex with her staff inside the store and literally caused 5+ staff to leave within a month of her being there. Not to mention she had absolutely no experience with the company (or working a grill) and was appointed to be the GM immediately. (Makes me question upper management).
