Wendy's — Restaurant in Greenfield Township

We arrived a little after four pm on October 12. As long as we waited a while in line we should have known to just leave but there were only two cars ahead of us. We finally made it to the order menu but no, they told us to wait a minute just as they had told the vehicle in front of us. When we finally were able to give our order we had to repeat it twice then we waited longer. We got up to the pick up window after the car in front of us waited on their stuff, we then had to wait on ours. After a while we finally got our food. We sit there and waited again finally the person came back to the window and my husband had to ask for our drinks. As we pulled away I realized we didn’t have any straws. We had to pull back around and my husband went inside to get straws. We pulled out Into traffic by 4:24! Really!! That was a crazy long time to wait for “fast” food. As we were going down the road I reached into one of the three sacks to pass out the food. Guess what I found? A purplish red long hair!! And who had that color of hair? Why the young lady who took our money and gave us our cold food! Why yes I did say cold!! 2 of the three fries were cold, the third was warm, both chicken nuggets were cold, and the sandwiches were barely warm. This was a ridiculously long time to wait that long for food that wasn’t even hot. Since we were already on our way home to Zanesville and didn’t want to go back to another long wait we ate our food COLD on the way home. The best part about our experience here was the pop!! So, I've been thinking about the Wendy's 4 for $4 Since so woke up this morning and I didn't get the chance to go until at 10pm. I get to Wendy's and it's pretty busy, it's a Friday night but the line was moving pretty fast. I get the speaker and I get greeted immediately and I'm picky at and I'm all like "4 for $4, Jr Bacon only ketchup, I want BBQ, upgrade the fries to Baconator fries, extra cheese and I want a Powerade, any flavor" and I was expecting to repeat half of that but he was 'alright, it's $4.57. Please pull around'. Btw Wendy's hella good deal. I waited in line after that for like 3 minutes, pretty good for a Friday night and I get the window and pay and he hands me my drink, it's the fruit punch Powerade, good choice and within a few second he hands me my food. I pull forward and look in the bag and I've got napkins, BBQ and a fork ready to go. Then, best part, food was hot, order was 100% correct and they actually put extra cheese on my fries, gotta have the cheese. I just want to shout out my Lancaster Wendy's because you made my day. 6...

This Wendy's never seems to have what I want when I go to order. Someone pushed in front of me and they took that order before they took mine. Then they walked away to do something so the wait was long just standing there. It was just as long waiting for the order to be completed and when I went to pick it up (when they called my name), the order wasn't complete. The Frosties weren't there. Had to stand and wait to tell the person (who appeared to be losing his pants) while he finished doing something and then helped someone else who came in from a different direction. I told him I needed 2 Frosties and he came back with one. Had to remind him again that I needed another.

The place is always clean. It's just a problem that you go in and think you want something and they don't have it.
