We approached the drive thru mic my dad asked a simple question if they can sub the bun for the sesame seed bun, which isn’t really much difference in price that came with the special 2 for 6 the lady sounded like a manager that first took our order said they cannot due to something they can track it weird saying which did not make sense then my dad mentioned a name he can call about this just asking how and why which did not make sense to us she replied saying he does not work her then he said he is the regional dm she also recommended talking to Regina or Jackie so then she left the drive thru mic so then a young male kid came to the mic he did not have a friendly attitude when taking the rest of our order we did purchase a large Jamocha shake at first we were thinking a small then we changed our mind getting a large by the time we approached the window no cars were in front or in back I saw a small Jamocha shake already made I mentioned the mozzarella sticks are on my app for a dollar he said with an attitude that she can only use that coupon in the app which did not make sense he should have said placing an order in the app he already had a bad attitude not friendly he seemed down like he did not want be there so I asked him if you are going to throw it away could we have since it was already made and it is a waste he just said no and walked away very weird like but when it came to his coworker Morgan we were watching them horse play for a good two mins waiting for our food he made the large Jamocha shake first then started to play with her touching her arms playing with her very inappropriate in front of customers that you were being rude to nobody was around I wonder why so when Morgan approached the window she asked us to pull forward when no car was behind us or in front of us my dad said wouldn’t I just wait until someone got behind us she said no that messes with wait time when wait time needs to be accurate, not made up in a way that is not truth I even asked her she told me a different story that one of the coworkers was going to have it so I thought to myself when you work at a fast food place you automatically get free food for once a shift so my dad parked in a regular parking spot and got out the car walked inside to get our food mind you he is 60+ the young kids that were working have no respect for the older people or just people in general they rather play fight and have zero customer service friendly attitudes very disrespectful I will not be going to this location anymore the food was not all that good or temperature...
Read moreI rarely expect much from fast food restaurants these days and this Arby’s is no exception. That said, I generally have had a few more plus experiences than negative here.
This review is about the Wagyu Steakhouse burger now at Arby’s.
I stopped there a week or so ago when I found out about the new offering and revisited it today.
I was very impressed the first time around with a juicy although not the medium well burger they claimed it to be. I’m not sure but I’d guess it’s a third pound burger and though not as expensive as a 5 Guys burger it was certainly the equivalent while being a bit bigger.
Today’s visit wasn’t quite as good as the first (the burger was a bit more over-cooked which they need to fix) however I was still pleased since it wasn’t the hockey puck you might find at most other places.
All in all, I hope this ends up being a popular menu addition so it might become permanent. I will happily pay a bit more for a tasty, juicy burger.
Next I’m going to try a different location and see if the experience is any better.
I’m amending this review after my third visit tonight on June 7.
I’ve taken away one star as this was by far the worst effort of my three visits concerning the Wagyu burger. The only good thing I can say is that the burger was hot. That’s it. Not only was the burger way over cooked, the sandwich was poorly assembled with virtually no lettuce and the tomatoes hanging off one side of the bun.
While assembly is the least of one’s concerns, it just added to the annoyance of a shoddy, poorly made sandwich.
If this was my first visit, I’d never have had this relatively expensive burger a second time.
It’s time for management to...
Read moreUsually have a very good experience at this Arby's location but last time I went with my family many things went wrong:
This was a bad experience overall and now won't be going back at all to this location! If anything should be entitled to a refund! Was not even given a receipt so the location manager can track the situation of course.
This is NOT okay! Spent almost $40 and this money is SOMETHING bringing in the fact that we are still in a pandemic.
Cashier should be wearing a face mask as a side note too!
Arrived hungry and was left hungry after throwing away items halfway. My peer did not have a drink! Was unable to return for a refund as this was a busy Sunday evening for us.
*You can see the chicken wrap is from Arby's because of the Arby's logo on the paper wrap and the marinara sauce container says "Arbys" at the background in the picture. Circled the MOLD in...
