I purchased myself some honey white bread, a French baguette, a cinnamon cobblestone, and some of the Stonewall Kitchen blueberry jam! Firstly, when I came into the store, I wasn’t aware of everything I wanted so I needed some time to decide. Christine came over and made sure I was helped very quickly, and gave me the time I needed! When I was looking at the jams, Christine informed me of which were the popular ones and what she herself liked. I enjoyed the casual yet informative conversation we had. Once I chose all the items I wanted, I asked her about some issues I had with finishing the honey white before it goes bad. She happily gave me the advice of freezing some of the bread and pulling it out once my family finished the first half! Secondly, all the items I purchased (minus the cobblestone because we are eating later today) tasted so wonderful! The baguette was soft in the center and had a beautifully crunchy crust, the honey white was wonderful with an egg on top, and that jam... oh that jam!!!! Thank you Christine for recommending the blueberry one, I can make so much wonderful things with that, crepes with that jam and some strawberries is going to be amazing! All in all, a fantastic experience, wonderful and very knowledgeable staff, and delicious food! I highly recommend to everyone to give them a try, and to walk in with a smile (even with a mask on) because it’ll help make an experience that much more wonderful! I was at the Greenfield store today. I was concerned, because I forgot my mask in the car, & during these current COVID19 days, I hope others protect me, as much as I want to protect them. I was the only one in the store, besides two employees, a man, & a woman; both so very pleasant. They both had masks on, which of course, made me feel safe, but I felt bad that I was not protecting them, with my mask. The store was exceptionally clean, & as I was pulling out to leave, the woman came out & wiped down the door handle that I had touched, both inside & outside, to disinfect it for the next customer. So not only is their bread fantastic, but they are doing a wonderful job keeping their customers safe in the middle of this Pandemic. Great job BreadSmith. I was so impressed. 5...

If there was one quarter of a star they wouldn't even earn that they're very rude and the selection is okay but the store and senses very unsafe at myself many at I'm tripping over their entryway it's an extreme concern of safety can't they take out a couple dollars and fix it to a smooth and freeway or they're looking forward to a lot of lawsuits it's too small of a store nowhere to park and like I said the entryway will trip up literally a lot of customers I'm surprised they're still in business, I tried calling the owner and I didn't even get to explain but one sentence and he hung up on me he refused to even acknowledge that there is a problem with their employee believe me I'm...
