Greek's Pizzeria Greenfield — Restaurant in Greenfield

The atmosphere was chill, many hanging around with friends having a good time. Greeks is definitely a side note to Wooden Bear. The beer/cider was great.

However, we didn’t like the online ordering system for pizza. One, the place has a steel roof so phone signal is slim for online ordering and two, makes it hard to navigate your table with so many separate boxes and little service from staff. It’s not the type of eating out experience we particularly like. Food wise: it was ok, not great. Their pizza sauce has a unique sweet flavor neither one of us enjoyed. Breadsticks were great, although 1.49 for a side of sauce or ranch seems excessive. The ranch is cheap kraft or cheaper brand, not worth 1.49 for 2oz. Bathrooms: I really hate when establishments prop open the doors for bathrooms, stalls don’t really provide privacy as is. But propping the doors open just makes you feel vulnerable, in my opinion. After an unexpected funeral in the immediate family yesterday, we decided to make an order to be picked up today. Now, we used to go to the Franklin location a lot and never had an issue. We had never been to Greenfield's location. No one greeted my husband and kid when they arrived, so they went to the bar to ask where they should go to pick up the order. According to my husband and kid the response from the guy behind the bar was, "People usually go over there where there's the big sign with the arrow." You know, it's not hard to be nice. You never know what the people you're talking to have been through in the last 24 hours. That kind of snarky response to people has permanently turned us off. We'll take our business elsewhere. The food is good, but salty, and the pizza used to be my husband and kid's favorite and a bonding tradition, but we like to spend our money with kind people. Didn't...

Went in with some friends because we don't get together very often. The ordering was through the website which you accsess through your phone which was a nightmare to navigate. And by the time most of us figured out how to place our order, a couple of us couldn't order because their system stopped taking orders 15 before close. (Which is nowhere to be found at the restaurant, or online) So some of us got food, some didn't. Went to talk to someone to see if they could do something and the manager just said, "we just work here. But for future refrence, the sytem shuts down at 9:45." My friends who couldn't get food had to leave while the rest of sat and ate some pretty mediocre pizza because we couldn't get a refund.
