I ordered online for the first time. I made the order at 11:37am and it stated my order would be ready in 20 minutes. Since it was lunch time I gave them a bit of extra time. I came in at 12:23pm and my order wasn't ready(WTH) and the excuse I was given is they didn't know if I wanted beef or chicken. When I asked why they didn't call me since it asked for my number and she couldn't give me a straight answer except they don't have access(BS). I asked for Questa cheese with my order and she wanted to charge me for it, I asked her if I could get it for free since I had to wait for my order that should've been ready 30 minutes prior(it was only $4) and she said no which I was in shock with the lack of customer relations, service etc. She wanted to argue that my order wasn't suppose to be ready til 11:57(again 20 minutes) and I wasn't physically there for 30 minutes for my food. What was the point of ordering online??? When I asked for the manager she stated she WAS the manager. She couldn't even give up a $4 small Queso dip for her screw up leading me to wait more than the 20 minutes promised + extra 30 minutes I gave them. I have came to this restaurant many times before and the guys there have always been respectful and nice, but this woman should not be a manager with the service she should but doesn't apply. The food is always on point and I appreciate the cooks and advise them to work at the competitors restaurants cause who knows how she treats them if she is like that to a...
Read moreFirst, service was prompt and courteous. Parking behind building very limited, try the street. Busier inside than the storefront reveals, building is deep/narrow. Seating is better than prior resttaurant tenant, more booths, fewer four tops maybe due to pandemic social distancing. Food - meh. Big complaint, no full-on seafood chimichanga (had to settle for steak/chicken/shrimp) which had ok flavor more steak than other ingredients. Insufficient lettuce/guacamole/sourcream for te place site but ok I wouldn't come here for a seafood chimichanga that would be Los Agaves McCordsville. Others had burrito al carbonne steak again a lot of meat. Also pollo supremo a lot of voume. Is it the best Mexcian food ever? No. but adequate/consistent/as expected. Salsa was a little runny but flavor acceptable, double serving so good enough. A lot of people here large margarita/daiquiris so price must be reasonable. The interior of the restaurant too brightlly lit for me, marginal ambience. When the tv is set to an informercial, not an entertainment value. So the ambience of this place lack but food volume ok and more of a family place. Nothing here says 'wow' but does...
Read moreI normally take my order to go. If you come in to sit down the service is sometimes ok and other times you can’t get the server to come to the table. I’m not sure if it is a language issue or not but if it is a language issue they need someone there that can take the orders correctly. EVERY TIME I order carry out something is wrong with the order. If I add something or remove something to what normally comes on the dish they usually mess it up. I have also noticed being over charged. Make sure to check your order prior to leaving and the prices. They seem friendly but it’s really frustrating to ask and ask if they got the order right and they say yeah yeah but comes wrong. Food is usually pretty good. I prefer mi casa rice and beans but they are out of business. Los vaqueros rice bland and mushy and I don’t like the beans at all. To go they need to give more salsa than one tablespoon for a bag of chips. If I sit down inside and can get free salsa refills I’m not understanding why we can’t get one normally size of salsa for the bag of chips especially enough to share with several people...
