The food is good. Although the portions do not line up with the cost. Today I ordered a club which should come with a choice of a side. This also includes soups and chili according to the menu board. But upon checking out, I was up-charged $3.49 for the small bowl of chili. There is nothing on the menu board that indicates an up-charge for a bowl of chili. For $16, I still left hungry. The building is always clean and appears to be well maintained. However, this is another "fast food" establishment that is starting to "encourage" dare I say almost "force" customers to leave a tip for the "team" during checkout. Prior to being able to complete checkout, you have to choose a tip amount. There is no quick way to select no tip as this requires you to select "other" and enter $0. I always tip 25% at restaurants where I receive proper table service. I do not believe in these forced or pity tips at a "fast food" restaurant that refuses to properly pay their employees and force the cost onto the consumer. So fast! As for the negativesā¦first the one that can be fixed by management, my potato (bacon, shredded cheese and BUTTER) that I asked for extra butter for (two teeny little pats of butter for that gargantuan potato Is a bit ridiculous. I just ate the driest potato Iāve ever had. Two pats per side maybe, but come on! That couldnāt even check to see how much better I got because the bag was taped closed.
Now, for what canāt be fixed, but deserves mentioning. Who decided on a blueprint that was the size of a gnat? Two people of a medium size canāt even walk next to each other. How can this be handicap assessable or even safe by fire standards? not to mention, when I used the restroom, I had to squeeze past people in line. Greenfield deserved...

Refunded ok, my wife noticed girls working in the back with hair down, no hats, or hairnets. We were so looking forward to McAllister's coming to Greenfield, Indiana. It seems like the seven times we been to this location there is always something wrong with our order. The guantities seem smaller than other McAllister's locations. This location is a swing and miss. Old looking lettuce, soups not great, ect. This location has been open long enough to get the bugs worked out, but still have yet to do so. Not planning on returning...
