Can I give 0 Stars? I have NEVER been treated so rudely at a fast food restaurant before in my life. 3.25.23 at 10 AM was the final straw for me and I will never again go to this location. I ordered 2 Big Breakfasts with Hotcakes via the McDonalds app. I also ordered honey packets to go with. I paid ahead on the app. When I get to the drive thru the manager , a blonde middle aged white woman who told me her name was "Karen" , came to the window to tell me there is a charge for the honey. When I explained that it was free on the app, she began to argue with me saying that honey only comes free with chicken nuggets. She became increasingly upset, saying that "anyone could just come here and order 40 free honey packets" I said, ma'am I didn't order 40 I ordered FOUR. She then rudely began questioning WHAT I needed honey for. When I told her it was for the biscuits in the breakfast, she slammed the drive thru window shut in my face. I attempted to speak with her several more times and she slammed the window shut every time. She reminds me of Mr. Krabs from the Krabby Patty but NOT in a fun way - she is so worried about people stealing a sauce from her that she has nickled and dimed away her own good paying customers. I have spent literally thousands of dollars at this location over the years because I live right down the street - she even recognized me, and I even said so. I said, "you know I've personally spent thousands of dollars here at this location and you are going to disrespect me over $2 worth of honey?" Karen either does not want my business or is just shortsighted, because Karen has now lost thousands of dollars in potential future sales from me and my family because we are NEVER going back here. There are other McDonald's locations in the area I can go to instead that treat customers well, particularly the Airport location which is FABULOUS and worth the extra drive to avoid this horrendous location. I have had other negative experiences with staff attitude at this location but I will end this review by saying stay away, you have...
Read moreThe service was absolutely terrible, it was just using the drive thru. Ordered a coffee with cream. Pull through, the woman taking the money was beyond rude, not friendly, definitely hating her job and taking it out on me. I was speechless. I said thank you to the woman who handed me the coffee and she just glared. I pull through look at my coffee which was labeled correctly with cream, but it was a plain black coffee. So I pull back through the drive thru. I was directed to drive back around in a very curt manner. I get back to the pay window where the woman begins to scream at me. I told her I didn't appreciate having to come back around for a mistake. She started screaming very loud to have a good day and bye girl bye at me. I now get to the pick up window where the same woman is trying to serve me a soda, I was trying to explain the situation & she didn't want to listen until another employee walked around with the correct coffee. It was so much anger & stress over a simple remedy. No apologies were offered, I was treated like a villian over their mistake. I work in the service industry and am sympathetic towards customer "situations" however, to treat people poorly just because is inexcusable professionally and just on a human level. If your job is making you that miserable reconsider your vocation. Do not patronize...
Read moreFood is good but I typically don't go here because of one female manager. She seems more conscious about what I do even when others are doing similar. A common occurrence is when my little brother's attempt to play on this built in game minister, she kicks us of immediately saying we must be accompanied by a parent. The sign attached to the monitor, however, clearly says that children must be accompanied by an adult, and I'm 18. I told her this but she blew me off. Just today the same thing happened and when me and my brothers sat elsewhere, two other children sat in our place, unaccompanied by a parent or adult. She of course, doesn't notice. This never happens when other managers are present. To recap, food is good, certain female manager is hypocritical, and I don't like her.
Edit: We've been banned and can't come back without a parent. I'm 18, but I need a parent to hold my hand in here? The worst thing is we got kicked out because my little brother's (7 and 8) were in the playplace without a parent. Again, she is he only manager hat ever says this.
Edit 2: I watched her look at two other kids playing on the monitor, clearly unsupervised. She, of course, says nothing. Unbelievable. She stared at them for a full solid second before coming to me and kicking us out. Very unlikely that I'll...
