Ricanmex Frappes & Grill — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I began to order with this restaurant and after the lady gave me my total it was $100. This place is very overpriced especially for 16 empanadas rice and beans. so I told the lady who couldn’t speak English very much no thank you that’s OK to cancel the order. Next thing I know I was being harassed all yesterday all today being called from her different numbers and still this morning to pay for the order when I told her that I no longer wanted the order they insisted on me paying look at all the times these people have called and harassed me this is ridiculous I’ve never had a company be so unprofessional like this. It’s disgusting these are the different numbers they are calling from as well as the phone number for the restaurant. They are calling me from app numbers prank calling me and playing on my phone this is ridiculous my next step is to report them because this is harassment!! Don’t eat...

I called and ordered a cuban sandwich and fries. I was told 20-25 mins. Went to pick up still wasn't ready. Waited an additional 10 mins. Was told it would take 10 more mins for a simple sandwich!!!! 40 mins for a cuban sandwich and fries. Asked for my money back. Received a major attitude from the staff. They started arguing with me about the time. The older bigger lady said if I couldn't wait for 2 minutes that's my problem and she doesn't care. I told her the oyher woman told me 10 mins. She told me she didn't care and they have plenty of customers. Absolutely rude and disgusting customer service. I would definitely recommend not buying anything from this restaurant. I absolutely love coming here! This place has very tasty food and you will be back for more! I first discovered them on UberEats and decided to check out more of their menu! It is absolutely worth it, and the rice tastes very good! Taste like grandmas homemade cooking! They do not have dine in. Just take it out, but that's not bad at all! They have a great menu, and you have many items to pick from. Everything I have ordered so far has been very good.
