Tito's Taqueria — Restaurant in Greenfield

9-4-25 6:30 pm I walk in to see if our door dash order is ready, I only ordered 10 mins prior. Walked outside to wait for a few. I come back inside and they say they're out of queso which is unfortunate, but they offer guacamole and when I asked for chips with it the cashier says sure but the guy with a winter hat whispers to him no he would have to pay for chips. The cashier insisted he would pay for them which was very nice but i said no and walked out. Called my girlfriend and she tells me not only did she pay for a side of queso (3.90) she paid for queso in her bowl as well (2.00+)so I went back in and said I should be able to get a bag of chips for free. My honest opinion is that the food is Fresh and home made and their guac is nice and fresh the beef barbacoa delightfully seasoned to my taste and tonme is by far the best. The chicken is as well nicely seasoned. The chipotle lime pork is amazing as well as their own seasoned rice. I will say the taco does get a bit soggy other than that the only reason why i am rateing this as a 4 is bc of my own personal expierence and it was my first time at the new resturant here in greenfield and ill be honest i was short $2.00 and had to eat cold food had we been able to eat when our food was hot 🔥then my expierence would have been more pleasant and would have rated 5 stars again my own personal fault but we did pay. These folks come from humble beginnings Thier story brought me through there doors. #1 customer service was outstanding! I explained I traveled and hour to support thier business. The barbacoa burrito which was suggested to me I went for. Holy guacamole, that was a mind ,palette,pleasurable experience absolutely amazing! I went home that afternoon and all I was thinking and plotting was my next visit. Bummer second time around nothing like the first time.
