I had to ask staff to wipe off counter that had mud hay and other health safety hazards and had to tell staff that they shouldnt be serving or placing anything on their counter. The cashier said, "I will do that" and proceeded to prepare food orders for guests without addressing sanitary issue promptly. The manager appeared about 2 min later to wipe the counter with only a disposable wipe no sanitizer and no apology for condition of establishment. Condiment counter was discheveled and also contaminated with debree. I was then receiving order but instead of giving the paying adult for a to-go order, the beverages for kids meals, the children were given the beverages and began fighting due to this undermining. When I had taken drinks back to defuse the situation of young children I asked the cashier for a bag for beverages; again he acknowledged the request and failed to fullfill upon request. I stood another 5 minutes after the 5 having already been there, holding my childrens beverages until 3 children meals were ready. Then again the cashier undermined me as a parent and proceded to hand out bags to kids again causing an issue needing resolution. Upon my exit with 3 young children ages 5,7 and 8 the cashier concured with a guest comment of my being a "B**". All I feel I did with over 15 years of food sevice was attempt to protect the health of consumers and assist in the betterment of Wendy's business practices. Absolutely rude, unprofessional management and staff; unclean atmosphere and food was cold too! Far from recommendation. Photo: cheese not melted( danger zone) fries...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt's pretty screwed up when you go to the same establishment and they continually screw up a simple order. Today was ridiculous ordered a large fry with a side of cheese sauce which they use for their baked potatoes. Fries came and they were so salty there are nauseating. But forget that the fact that they told me that they had no cheese sauce and asked me to pull up and they would bring it right out and then I waited 15 minutes and they still had not brought it out. Employee Jasmine was clocking out for the day and remember that she had told us to pull up and she would bring it out she ends up coming out five minutes later so a total weight of 20 minutes and told me that the cheese is still frozen and it's going to take 20 minutes and that she personally forgot that we're even waiting out there. So she offers us a free Frosty and I'm not here to take handouts so I didn't I'd it and like that's going to make my meal any better the fact that you told me you were going to complete my order and then personally forgot about me and then couldn't provide the product while we had been waiting 20 minutes it was going to take another 20 minutes to unthaw the cheese? This can't really be fast food? And this certainly isn't customer service right? I would give this a 0 star review but Facebook doesn't give that option. I'm fed up with getting fast food slowly or completely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEvery time I come here, this Wendy's is ridiculously slow. I always do drive-thru, and today was 9 minutes 30 seconds from the time I stopped until I drove off (which is very common for this location, and I don't even come during a rush). Two cars were already in the drive thru in front of me: the first one, the driver was there about a minute and a half (at least since I arrived) before anyone came on the intercom. I believe the driver was too frustrated to bother ordering at this point, because I heard the person on the intercom apologize twice, and the driver drove off without placing an order or getting food. The only other car in front of me, their order was $2.11. I then placed my order, and the person said there was "a big order in front of [me]". It took another 4 minutes or so before I got my order after paying for it. I could hear angry shouting in the kitchen. I'm not sure if $2.11 is considered a "big order", because there weren't any other cars in the drive thru, and only a couple in the parking lot. Even if there was a huge order in front of me from a walk in order, the entire drive thru line shouldn't suffer because of it. That's horribly inefficient. Wendy's might talk a lot of smack about McDonald's, but they clearly can't back it with...
