LOVE how you guys mimic "freshness" of your pies by simply microwaving the stale ones from the previous night. You cannot "hide" the staleness by simply warming it over. Had to throw it away. GAG!!! You give Pepperidge Farm a bad name. As much as you charge the public for your food, it would seem applicable to serve fresh at least. Don't suggest getting in contact with your customer service team because this seems with some of your reviews is a totally mute point. Yeah so you just proved my point with your standard robo response. If you were sorry to hear about these negative experiences you would improve enough not to get them in the first place. It seems it standard fare to be asked to "pull forward" or to "the side" after ordering at the drive thru these days at Arby's so you can wait for your "fresh" food, and 8 minutes later "Voila! you have it. Not so bad I guess since waiting is a trade off. However last night I go thru the drive thru and order their Hawaiian Fish Deluxe sandwich and what I thought a fresh 4 piece potato cake. WRONG!! They gave me my order almost as soon as I ordered and paid for it, so I knew something was wrong with this picture. Frikin" left to sit old food just to be handed out so it could be gotten rid of. Read moreI stopped at Arby’s on the cone blvd location after work today because I thought I’d receive exceptional customer service like I always do. This location has always been friendly and welcoming so I thought, boy was I wrong! The young lady that took our SIMPLE order was very impatient and rude! Kept saying anything else in a rude manner, she cut me off several times.Literally blowing her breathe as I was ordering our drinks. When we got to the window it got even worse. The young lady with short dreads in the form of 2 ponytails and glasses, gave us our total, I gave her my card, she snatched it and closed the window. She ran my card,gave us the drinks and right after she handed me our food and closed the window before I could ask for a receipt. She was one the most unprofessional individuals I’ve ever encountered. I will never give this establishment another dollar of my hard earned money. Might I add I’ve been going to this specific location for the last 2 years and have never known any of the previous employees to behave in such a disgusting manner. I’m extremely disappointed and upset how I was treated in front of my children. Read moreI didn't realize how good you guys actually were until I tried to get a sandwich from the West wendover bridford store. I didn't even make it out of the parking lot because I have learned to check my food. I had to just take it back and I handed it to her along with my credit card and she just gave me a refund. I didn't even speak. I just handed it to her and she opened it and it was all squished with half the meat and none of the onions it was terrible. You guys spoiled me, LOL that crazy ribeye sandwich that you guys made me was great. I'm going to come back and try another one n hope it wasn't a fluke, LOL
@update! 4-5.23 Great job on the Ruben you guys! I was so surprised that it was just as delicious this time as it was last time! I actually got it for a friend? It never made it to his house, LOL
