Bojangles — Restaurant in Greensboro

Parking is horrible. Food is always short. I went there 3 days in a row to get 3-wing dinner and was told all there times that it's gone. One of the staff even told me with a happy face that it's normally gone by 3 o'clock. They already know it's a pattern without any improvement. Service speed is slow. I constantly seeing only one staff at the counter doing all the ordering and packaging. They don't care. For all the 3 visits that I was there they don't seem to care if you get what you want or not. They just tell you it's gone and that's it.

Updated 3months later: They seem to improve a lot on the supply. Now every time I am there they are pretty fast. Thanks...

Didn't want to give me the chicken that I ordered, but they were willing to give the next person in line exactly what I paid for! Saying that the wing is the same as the thigh.

In what world are they even remotely the same....

If I wanted to pay $7 for chicken wings, I would have gone somewhere else. What kind of Bojangles would serve their chicken...

This is food in a pinch. I am biased because I live in walking distance so I have eaten here quite a few times. Each time I go here my experience is different.. I don't know how they manage to be so inconsistent. People report getting sick from eating here, personally I have only had food poisoning (multiple times). I think generally if you have gotten food poisoning from a place more than twice then you can forget it. I love Bojangles, but steer clear...
