Placed a mobile order @9:22pm. The app and google say they close at 11pm. Got there at 9:32pm. Sat at the intercom for 2 minutes. Said hello a couple of times, Nothing. Pulled up to the window(there were employee cars still in the lot). I didn't immediately see anyone so I called the store, someone picked up and I heard a quick "I swear if there's one more..." and then the employee proceeded to either pocket the phone or just sit it down while still on. I could hear noise in the back. After a minute I hung up and tried to call again, just to get a busy signal. There was no "closed early" sign anywhere and they could have at least just have said they were closed instead of completely ignoring me after I had already paid for an order. I had to call another Burger King to ask if I could come to them for the order I had already paid for. I've worked in fast food. Read moreIf I could give this location 1 star I would. I stopped at the W. Market St location on my way out of town. Ordered two whopper meals both with no cheese and no tomato, both sandwiches had cheese so I call asked for a manager and was told that I was speaking to one. I was told that they would remake my sandwiches for me. When I get back to the store 3hrs later for them to make good on their word all of a sudden no one talked to me, the person that I talked to said she would right my name down that didn't happen, then the afternoon manager who last name is Richard or Richardson had an attitude like I need to lie about them making my order wrong. And no the afternoon manager Richard/Richardson wouldn't remake my sandwiches for me. If you go to a Burger King go to one where there isn't an all black crew working because they take forever to make your food for it be wrong and they make you feel like it's you fault you food is wrong and got a problem correcting...
Read moreHad pulled up to the window to pay for my order. The staff at the window then told me that my card did not go through. I showed them confirmation through my bank that it did indeed go through, and that they need to give me for what I had paid for. They still refused to give me my food, in which I then told them that I need to be refunded the amount that they had charged me. They then refused to do that as well, and continued to give me an attitude, saying that it's not their problem. I then drove off, knowing it's not worth wasting my time arguing with someone who very clearly is incapable of doing their job, and doesn't want to do their job either. Just because you're having a bad day, doesn't mean that you should spread that negativity on to everyone else. If you're unhappy with where you work, then you're more than welcome to quit.
