THEY SERVED ME RAW CHICKEN!!! After waiting in line for 30 mins. Receiving the wrong order twice! I drove home just to bite into my remade chicken sandwich and it be COMPLETELY RAW ! I had to provide my receipt at the time of the first remake and never got it back. I have no details of the time or the name of the person who took my order. When I asked for a refund I gave the manager my exact order and he refunded me a completely different order saying it was “more”. When I got home and checked my account I actually had been charged more than my refunded amount. The night manager Wayne chose to take responsibility for the RAW mistake, as according to him there was no way to know which employee could have made the mistake. (As I asked for that persons name) He said due to being under staffed the employees were all working multiple stations and he was doing “the best they can”. There BEST being RAW CHICKEN! The cashier who had transferred from a different location, (which he told me as explanation for why my food was taking the amount of time it did) said to me there was only 7 employees all of them being in highschool and that no one was checking on wait times. The whole experience was completely unacceptable, something I’ve never had to go through. Overall traumatizing knowing I won’t be able to trust biting into a chicken sandwich again. Based off everything told to me, 1) no one was checking car wait times 2) orders where not being place in correctly 3) no one is checking on the quality of food. Read moreI went today to the Cook Out that's located at W Market and me and my sister were attended by this lady that's in the front window, it seems she works on the night shift, it was 6:00 pm. She was really rude. I ordered a vanilla milkshake and she gave me a Banana milkshake instead, probably she misheard me, however, this wasn't the problem. I came back to the front window and asked her cordially if she could change my shake, she said nothing, just took my cup, closed the window and started complaining inside of the kitchen, after she prepared my shake she gave it to someone else, she didn't hand it to me directly. This was extremely rude, if she doesn't know how to treat people or to be kind to people, she shouldn't be working on customer service.
My sister was treated really bad too, she said "thank you, have a good day" and this lady said nothing, just closed the window. Read moreToday was such a disgusting experience!!! First, the lady at the window got a nasty attitude with me because I "shocked" her when i handed her my debit card. How could I have prevented such a bodily function.
Most importantly, my food was absolutely horrendous! I ordered the chicken strips tray with okra. I wish I had taken a picture of the first plate because the chicken strips were literally like the bottom of the the bag. Literally looked like crumbs and a couple of nuggets.
I had them remake the entire plate and they literally switched out the chicken strips and left the same crappy okra. Look at these hard burnt strips and the trashy okra. The same okra and same burnt plate!!!
