I love visiting eclectic. My friends and I always have a great time at this unique store. They have tarot readings, ash readings, and other 'fortune telling' events. I love shopping for crystals, soaps, candles, essential oils, and gifts here. They also have a variety of books for sale. I used to love coming in and sipping a cup of herbal tea as I shopped, but the past couple times, they hadn't put any out. They have kitties here so be careful going in and out. They have a really cute garden area where you can sit and read if you wish. I've also attended an event where a number of merchants and practitioners set up, which I very much enjoyed. My friend even got a henna tattoo that day. There's a nice variety of items for sale and a nice, quiet, chill, vibe when you visit. Almost like a spiritual library of sorts ;) the staff has always been helpful answering my questions and nice to talk to. I've been happy with everything I have purchased from here. They also have a system of rewards for purchases made, which I haven't figured out yet, but I know they keep up with how much you spent on a Little index card with your name on it. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE shopping here! There is such a peaceful, calming vibe that washes over you the moment you walk through the door. Leaving no space unused, there are so many wonderful items to see. The ladies working here are very friendly, helpful, and informative. I have always been greeted with warm “hellos” and smiling faces.

Eclectic By Nature carries such a wide variety of items such as spirituality products, books/cards/journals, jewelry, candles, essential oils, crystals, incense, herbs, wall art…and much much more! There is something here for everyone and for many different spiritual beliefs.

Either before or after your shopping experience, take a leisurely stroll through the brick-paved gardens. Look closely and you’ll spot little garden gnomes, fairies, and other statuary just waiting for you to find them hiding amongst the colorful flowers and fragrant herbs.

My daughter and I both have purchased many different items from this store and we have been very pleased with the things we have bought.

The prices here, I feel, are appropriate for the quality of the items you’re getting.

There is no denying this place is magickal! That it has been here for so long speaks volumes. It's a wonderful little place with friendly staff and a great selection of items, especially oracle decks, which are my weakness (strength!) in this realm. The environment created with the little front garden, the porch, and the altars is a whole perfect mood. My 12 year old daughter, buying a couple of candles and a pocket gem, was treated with respect.

I also appreciate that they make an effort toward inclusivity, which I hope will only grow since Greensboro, despite being enveloped in the horrible state politics of North Carolina, is an incredibly diverse place compared to where we lived in New England. In addition to the usual European-derived witchcraft traditions often found in places like this, they also carry a few books on hoodoo and other spiritual traditions and books from Queen Afua, and true to their name their merchandise isn't limited to a single particular practice (there are witches who hex and witches who would never, but we can all be at home here).
