The Crab Rangoon filling was runny, and also contained jalapeno bits that were not mentioned on the menu nor by the staff, despite Crab Rangoon not typically being spicy at all. The Spicy Tuna roll was regular tuna topped with a drop of hot sauce, also not mentioned anywhere. Family allergies to peppers prevented them from being able to "enjoy" this food. Staff were confused about what was and wasn't in stock and had to check before they could confirm our order. Attempted to call for a refund, as the aformentioned allergies meant we couldn't eat the food, but they had already closed by the time we could call, and did not pick up. I still intend to call for a refund when they open again on Monday. Will never go here again, and will encourage all of my friends to also avoid this place like the plague. Who the HELL puts hot sauce on a sushi roll??????? And Jalapeno in a crab rangoon??????????????????? EDIT: The owner has replied to ask why we "ordered spicy" if we couldn't have peppers, and to that I say WE DID NOT. NOWHERE IN THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT was there ANY indication that CRAB RANGOON is spicy, and there is NO REASONABLE EXPECTATION that Crab Rangoon is spicy. Spicy Tuna is NOT typically made spicy with HOT PEPPER SAUCE, and there is no reasonable expectation that would lead a sensible human being to that conclusion. I can only assume that this attitude is why the building has signs posted all over about how they're understaffed and can't afford to stay open on Sundays, and why the employees complain about not having staff and ingredients. Dropping my review score even lower, and screeenshotting the original reply.

Place does a whole lot right, and that's huge for me since good hibachi is hard to find. Pros: You know I gotta do my rice test. They cook their white and fried rice extremely well! That passed with flying colors. Ginger and mustard sauce... to me this makes or break a hibachi joint, these were superb! I mean the mustard was amazing alone to dip the wings in. For only $0.50 more, you can upgrade your steak to filet... here's the cool part for me... I asked for medium rare... I GOT MEDIUM RARE. That seldom happens. Cons: Sushi wasn't bad, bit expensive but I get it with the times now. My only issue is tue sriracha they rely on. Not a fan of that. Wasabi looks like the cheap kind you can squeeze out of a tube. Needa more veggies in the dinners. A lot more broccoli too. Wings are great size and price, but lacks in flavor. Needs garlic, pepper, anything. Overall: Great place to go, great quality and food!

My first and last time here. I am also new to the area and decided to give this place a try as my first pick for hibachi in Greensboro. I highly do not recommend. I have over 5 years of management experience in restaurant business. sadly, this was by far horrible management. There were over 15 customers waiting for their food. The lady in the front was kind but not attentive at all to the customers in line. It was unorganized and a few actually had their money refunded as I was waiting for 30 min. I’m sorry my first experience here will most definitely be my last.

Came during lunch soon as they opened. Not very busy during the time we came. They were out of regular steak, no chicken wings and no soy paper for the sushi, so my gf’s last resort was the shrimp special. The lady who rang us up rang it in as the daily special, once we got the food and realized it was incorrect we let them know she didn’t want the steak but the shrimp, so instead of fixing it and taking the plate back they argued with her and stated that what she said wasn’t what she ordered. They had 3 people who all barely speak good English trying to justify the error instead of just taking the plate back and fixing the correct plate the first time we said something. So once I was told what was happening I go to the front to figure out why they won’t help, so when I go up to speak to someone then they grudgingly said they would replace it but at that point she no longer wanted the food anymore so she ate her vegetables and the plate was thrown away. Customer service should always come first no matter what you feel when running a business. The portions aren’t worth the prices anyway so we won’t be back. And if the owner wants to reply as he is to the other bad reviews don’t reply saying that you were willing to fix it because at first nobody was she sat and argued with you all for a few minutes until she walked away. Just fix how you handle and communicate with your customers and the bad reviews...

The guy taking orders had excellent customer service. It was slow and still took me almost a hour to get my order(for one person). The cook had gloves on, which I was thinking that is good. After I got my food I noticed the cook goes out the back door with his gloves on comes in and heads to the bathroom with the gloves on, comes out with the gloves on and continues cooking. I will say I did hear the hand dryer before he came out, I assumed he washed his gloves while they were still on his hands. To customers seeing that is just nasty and not sanitary. I ordered a egg roll and the nice guy taking orders goes back without washing his hands and takes out the egg rolls from the cooler without gloves and drops them in the fryer. They have a very good location and I see they do great business but they need the health department to come in and give them training on how to properly handle food. Going outside and to the bathroom with the same gloves regardless rather he washed his hands or not with the gloves on is just not sanitary. Proper training would be good for this place. On one post u said find a place that has food ready under 15 minutes. MR.KIRIN always has my order ready within 15 minutes or less with a packed dining room and Togo orders. Very fresh. And very clean. All I am saying is your restaurant needs...
