If I could give a 0 I would for horrible customer service, being lied to, being put on hold twice for over ten minutes, while calling on multiple phones! And they're not closed at all! Each time he didn't even say he was putting me on hold! I'm so terribly disgusted by the service! I asked for the names of the drivers who “left work” thirty minutes before closing and the management on duty name... I was put in hold though at first I could audibly here someone instructing the poorly prepared gentleman who answered the phone to lie blatantly. Surprised I had called back on another number after being on hold for ten minutes (obviously planning to never pick up.)After being put on hold multiple times without warning on the second phone I was asked for my order provided the coupon and gave my card info to be told my order would be ready in thirty minutes. The process took 22 minutes! Who is managing this location?!?! The service from the store that originally took my order and advised I would need to call the other location after calling back to apologize for the mix up had not only great customer service but advised which location was closet and I was able to confirm a reach out... Again thirty minutes before close to order and my house is less five minutes away! Again I'm disgusted and frankly so angry that I know I will NEVER order from this location again and possibly the whole company. Being treated with respect, having integrity, and provided a good product and good service is honestly not much to ask as the money I spent had to be earned! I wanted to immediately write a review which I rarely do but I needed to let the review conscience community know to steer clear!I'm scared what will show up at my door but the first order was made at 10:40ish and were starving atp. Not impressed. I am usually not a complainer and keep to myself, but I must give the public an honest review. Foodies- please give honest reviews. It's helpful when ordering out. And it helps the restaurant do better (if management is good)

Wings were definitely microwaved. (If you like that then you would love this place) I also ordered the lite crust, (online says they use 'less dough' which I was thinking it would be between original and thin crust) which was definitely not the case, it was for sure the thick crust and now my stomache hurts....why did I even eat that😭😭😆. And minimal cheese on the pizza, seriously very minimal. They got my order wrong and had to drive back to get the correct order. This is the very epitome of why I don't waste my money eating out. 🤮. I took a gamble because the reviews looked decent. I should have stuck with Thai- Pad Thai chicken...yum. I didn't listen to my intuition. First I want to say that the staff is amazing. Always friendly and outgoing. Notice a big change with the store… looks a lot cleaner… more well managed than before. I go there every morning and the General Manager Sam is such a sweet heart. Super nice. Second I have never had an issue with any of the food items I have ordered from there. Their food is always hot and fresh. They also have really nice and well mannered delivery drivers. Sarah and Lenwood are the 2 that has delivered to me in the past and they have great customer service! Again overrall love Marcos on New Garden Road. Great staff great food...
