I had the pleasure of being assisted by DeeDee over the course of a couple years at Evergreen Dental clinic and her exceptional skills and demeanor compelled me to share my experience through this review.

From the moment I stepped into the clinic, DeeDee's warm greeting and genuine smile immediately put me at ease. She always greets me with a smile and a hug. But the most important thing is she always prepares me for what is to come. She does it with a gentle voice and always makes my anxiety calm down. She makes sure I have a pillow while in the chair and caters to my every need.

During my treatments, DeeDee's technical expertise was evident as she seamlessly assisted Dr Jah, anticipating his needs and ensuring that every instrument was readily available. Just yesterday I was getting fitted for my nightguard and she went above and beyond to make sure I had water and the suction tool so that I did not have to taste the unpleasant taste of the acrylic. Not only did she possess a thorough understanding of dental procedures, but she also possessed the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and reassuring manner, which greatly alleviated any anxieties I had.

I was in desperate need of relief from a toothache that persisted for weeks. I do not have dental insurance and I hate going to the dentist, so I dreaded the idea of going to see someone to deal with it. A friend recommended Dr. Howell because he has a reputation for working well with people without dental insurance.

Well, that is not the best part about Dr. Howell's office. He has a very caring and attentive staff who put me at ease as early as while I was on the phone to make the appointment. They were as kind and courteous in the office as they were over the phone.

Dr. Howell quickly diagnosed my problem and shared the plan of action to deal with my current situation and suggested long-term care. Dr. Howell's staff was professional and sensitive considering the severity and complexity of my case, but left me with a feeling that I was in the right hands to deal with my dental problems.

I recently had 2 teeth removed and I was very nervous about losing my teeth, but Dr. Howell and his dental assistant kept conversing with me to keep my mind off of having my teeth removed. The after care instructions were clear and concise and they kept encouraging me to call them after hours if I had any problems. I have had no problems since the procedure and was so impressed that Dr. Howell called me to check on me the day after the procedure!
