Target has not been my shopping place since this June 2023. I have only visited there twice to pick up a specific item that I could not find anywhere else. Dec 2023, I placed an online pick up order for a specific Christmas ribbon. I received the notification that my order was ready and decided to pick up the next day. That Upon arrival the line for pick up was long. One reason being they had only 1 person working the pick up line. I showe my bar code and email confirmation that was sent that my order was ready. After a 32 minute wait. The person gathering orders from the back still didn’t have my order on the cart. She said then continued to see other people in line and get their pick up orders. 10 min later. I approached her and she said I needed to wait and walked off. I went to the manager and explained what was going on. He said that he would grab my order. 10 min goes by and here he comes with my order. She then approached at the same time with her cart and said she grabbed an alternate option because my item was not available. The store manager showed her my small bag with one roll of ribbon with my order.
Fast forward. A few weeks later, I went to exchange a gift bag for another one. I approached the check out line with an actual person and he attempted to do the simple exchange. His manager told him that I would need to go to the refund and exchange line for this. I waited in line for about 15 min. The person helping me was the only one working this line. While other employees are standing around with it seemed nothing to do.
It is not simple nor customer friendly to shop at Target anymore and I try to avoid this store...
Read moreVisiting from out of town and decided to take my hard to fit daughter to this Target. I should have went to Kohl’s. Walked into store and saw several signs saying dressing rooms were only available to try on clothes Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I found it odd that Target only wanted to sell clothes on weekends, but since it was Saturday I thought I was okay to shop.
My 16 year old daughter needed several new clothes so we spent about an hour looking for items. Employees in the clothing section had to have heard us talking about needing to try things on to see if they fit. But when we Went to try on what we had selected (fully intending to buy any that fit), only then do 2 teen employees milling around in the aisles near the dressing room inform us that the dressing room closes at 6 on Saturday.
But that is not what the sign says! Indeed the sign actually says the opposite— dressing rooms are open on Saturday. Sign does not saying anything about the dressing rooms closing hours before closing on Saturday! Despite the mistake being target’s, the two employees refuse to let us use the dressing room. They can’t contest that their sign is misleading and inaccurate, but they simply don’t care. I was so mad that I left our entire cart with all its contents in the middle of the store aisle. Target would rather put away all the contents of my cart without selling anything (plus waste an hour of my time), than open a darn dressing room door that their sign said was open on Saturday.

Read moreMy experience here was terrible. I shop at Target often at the Lawndale location. This was my first time here and I was extremely disappointed. I went to specifically get a Casio watch I had saw online. I got to the jewelry department at 10:30. I watched a group of three front end employees constantly chit-chat with each other, while no one even acknowledged me over at the jewelry counter. As someone who works in retail, I gave it some time, knowing people aren't always aware of customers approaching an area. I waited until 10:45 to be helped with a watch and still was not even acknowledged. I understand people are zoned, but it was obvious someone had been at the jewelry department due to the boxes around and stuff on the counter. However, no one was called over nor did the three social butterflies on the front end acknowledge I was there, even though they looked at me multiple times. I will be taking my business to Kohl's where they sell the same watch. I would much rather be acknowledged and pay a little more than take another trip to this location. I was extremely disappointed and I hope the company takes this to heart that they need to fix whatever system this location has where a customer has to stand for fifteen minutes in the same location and still not be...
