For starters I have been in customer service for 16yrs and this place right here is a hit or mess more often then not you have to wait for your order even when it is not requested fresh they also act like they are doing you a favor when making your food mind you we as PAYING customers keep establishments open we are the reason that people have jobs my self included without my customers I would not have a job it’s the circle of life and currency with this being said it is absolutely unacceptable to distribute poor attitudes, customer service, and lastly to mess up one’s order if you pay for extra anything than it should be given if you are pulled forward the food should be fresh and put together properly I understand that the kitchen help is probably more than likely overworked under appreciated and stressed because of lack of coverage and possibly management this is the sad truth of a lot of business with this being said if staff is treated better maybe they will treat their customers better and if not please find another job to do. You are not doing someone a service buy giving them what THEY PAID FOR especially with poor service and messed up orders doing someone a favor is giving them something for free or letting someone borrow something. Lastly you guys should really take into consideration your the last stop before people go to work or home so of course they can not come back to say hey you messed my order up when providing service to someone you should think how you would want to receive service if you where on the other end. Read moreAfter being there for only a few minutes, we realized that there was no one coming to assist us. So we went to use the kiosk for whatever reason. It went really easily since all it is. A is a giant touch tablet and any baby should be able to operate... I was debating on getting a sugary tree but mom decided to tell me not to. I'm so happy I didn't because there was a young lady sitting there eating her Happy meal needing to leave and was told it would be another 15 to possibly 20 minutes before the apple pies would be done! It took them about 30 minutes to finally get our food out. I wouldn't say it was really busy but there was a line around the building! In the drive through. For whatever reason, I forgot to check my food before leaving. Ordering a quarter quarter Burger and doubling. The patties automatically got me free cheese which I am lactose intolerant , everyone at home really hated me that night! After 30 minutes I wasn't going back! Read moreWhy, oh, why do I keep returning to this restaurant? My visit this time was during rush hour, and to avoid the drive-thru line, I made the decision to go inside for my food. I noticed people standing around waiting for their food and cars in the drive-thru didn't appear to be moving. Twenty minutes after ordering my food, I was growing more and more impatient. I asked what the delay was. I was told they had to stop everything and clean the kitchen. What? Stop and clean during rush? I asked how much longer it would be, and the manager said it would be a while. I asked how long a while was because I had already waited a while. She said a while. I said a while like an hour? She said she didn't say that. I told her that I had been waiting 20 minutes for a Big Mac and asked how many more minutes she thought I'd have to wait. She again said it'd be a while, and we needed to be patient because they just reopened. A short time later, I was told by an employee that their equipment was warming up.
