Oden Brewing Company - Greensboro — Restaurant in Greensboro

I have to a shout out to Oden Brewing Company in Greensboro, NC. I went with two of my best friends last night for the first time and loved every beer we tried. The service was great. They had live music and the vibe inside was as nice as outside. They don't serve food, but they do have a menu available via QR code to order from a nearby place. In addition to the great beer and place, the women's restroom was squeaky clean! It has been a while since I've walked into a women's bathroom at a brewery and seen it so clean and smell amazing...plus female hygiene products in an assortment of sizes, dry shampoo, lotion, etc. When I tell you how happy seeing this made me, words can't express. I have seen this a few other places and know this is a trend that is finally picking up but it still makes me smile every time.

Just had to share that it left an impression.....and again, the beer was fantastic! Worth checking out if you're in the Piedmont...

Went there the other night with friends, and we were accosted by a mentally ill person for about 20 minutes until we had to get help from the bartender. Then she sat calling into our group from a table nearby. We overlooked it, not trying to be unkind, but she shouldn't have been allowed to do that. Fast forward a week and I ask about putting a progressive Meetup event on their calendar. Not only would they NOT do it, but we were uninvited from having our group there! I guess we all choose our customers, and I will make sure everyone I know knows that "our kind" aren't welcome! Response to Oden's response - I've already emailed with Savannah, and she's the type of person who puts "progressive" in quotes, like it's not a real word. The response was rude, and she confirmed that if we tried to meet as friends, you'd hunt us down and throw us out. THIS IS...

I came here on 1/30/21 around 5:10pm with friends. We just left from Breakout Games! We are basically bar hopping at this point lol. It was really busy here! Outside was packed!! They had life music. Inside was less packed. Masks are required and tables appeared socially distanced.

Personally, I’m not a beer person. Two of the others in group aren’t either. This place only has beers and no cocktails, sadly. One didn’t get anything. 2 of the guys got beers. One girl and myself got the 911 Tropical Cider. We got to try it first. It wasn’t that bad. It was only $6. I tried some other ginger cider and it was a no for me. I’m not a fan of ginger. Sarah was the bartender that served me. She was very helpful and friendly!!

There is a foosball table. I noticed that some of the tables were chess/checker tables. It seemed like everyone was having a good time...
