Clean up the butts that lazy locals can't find a bin for the win, is my only gripe ;)

Tips,

Local, live music or small - mid range touring musicians and bands always bring in more $ and diverse crowds. Acoustic acts and check into the neighborhood sound ordinace. Utilize the shared driveway and say hello to the friendlies @Parts Unknown and @The bicycle store

I know the Greensboro music scene Or did... Before I left west for Colorado for 7 years. That being said, post-party via The Blind Tiger, beat out Suds, share time with the Westwoods and say hello to the folks that could be pulled over from Common Grounds! Host open mics weekly, and bring in a deejay to spin at the pop up markets would be huge! Daniel did an Awesome job hosting all varieties, ethnicities and genders of local artists! Big win.

Bartenders are lovely, space has a ton of character & characters. Bathrooms just need to be tended to and all that trash in between the building and the fence needs to be cleaned out. Dirty jobs call for diligent pre work employees...

My other tip is for the locals. Clean up after yourselves!!! This is a community

Ie: Sundaze at Sundries Or Pop Over The Hill (for the monthly Art Market)

Plant a few plants for spring... And you lose the dinge and stigma of a "dive bar" with affordable atmosphere. Spruce!

An old school neighborhood bar - Yes almost everyday they have cheep one dollar beers and that's great. But one should take note that all their beers are on the domestic side...meaning that for the most part, they all taste the same. Aside from that its a small hideous neighborhood bar with no food! If you want something to soak up some of that alcohol, there's usually a hot dog stand out back when my friends drag me out there. I don't even want to mention the bathrooms, but its flooded just about every time I've been there. The rest of the bar can be like walking through a nightclub on $1 beer nights, but the music's good. Its a basic dive bar through and through. College kids are all over it and if its a divey bar you want, I can't disagree with...

Great dive bar! All the patrons as well as the staff are great people. The bartenders work hard to make sure everyone is served promptly and responsibly. Karaoke night is always very entertaining. Everyone gets into it and cheers each other on. Remember it is a little "hole in the wall" dive bar so the bathrooms aren't going to get a 10 out of 10 rating but they are in much better shape than you would expect.
