The place was somewhat kind of clean. Only compliment I could pay. Folks behind the counter would be belittling every order, from in person at the counter to drive through. Wanted a combo and the employee at the counter didn't hand me a cup for my drink because they were caught up in conversation with their other associates. When I asked about it they handed me my cup and immediately turned to their team to comment "I don't know why so many people think they don't get a drink with their combo." Overhearing the drive through comments weren't that much better either. Finally, when I got my food it wasn't even correct. You'd think a Baconator comes with bacon, not at this place. I ordered two patties with it two and only one slice of cheese was in my burger. I had a hard time approaching the desk with this complaint because they were caught up hanging out with each other and talking despite the line forming, and I didn't want to wait 20 minutes for another burger that they likely wouldn't pay attention to again. I've had some bad customer service at fast food places but this place really did me a disservice. Read moreBest Baconator + Son-Of-A-Baconator meal. Excellent customer service. Drive-thru experience busy but had very little wait. Everything correct on my order. The one thing I would say is that the new featured Jalapeño 'sandwich' comes with your choice of chicken or beef. But they don't let you know this or ask which one you want. So I was surprised when I got home to open it with chicken. The picture of it on their large poster and on the menu advertisement is actually the burger. But with the menu writing so small and me thinking it was already a burger I actually didn't try too read underneath it but it does say the different options for meat. I think the workers should ask which one you'd prefer especially since it's new to a lot of us. I'm sure others have mistaken this and were disappointed to see the chicken when they craved the burger. I ate it anyways though and it was decent. There wasn't anything wrong with it I'd just really craved the burger. Me and my friend got both combos so we could split the burgers or chicken in half and eat both since we both wanted to try the new Jalapeño "burger". We will go again sometime and make sure we order it right though. Other than this minor preference that they ask and my mistake of not reading underneath the combo on the menu since its small to read, it was a over-all great experience....
Read moreThe staff working the drive thru were incredibly rude, yelling at customers through the intercom and complaining about the guests at the window, with loud comments about hating customers, wanting to shut down the drive thru lane so they don't have to deal with customers, and wishing the customers weren't there. While the food was ok, having to listen to the 2 employees at the intercom and window was a bad enough experience I worried if the food would be prepared properly with care (or thrown together so quickly in an attempt to get rid of the customers it would lack quality). Additionally, the 2 employees were not wearing masks, even though the county is in a mask mandate during the COVID-19 pandemic. If they're not following county mandates, what other standards are they not following? If management allows this behavior, are their food or sanitation standards also held to a high standard? I felt insulted and like I was a burden, and was embarrassed to hear how the driver of the car in front of me was spoken to at the intercom. I shouldn't have given them my business today.
