Cute little locally owned cafe immediately across the street from the Westmoreland County Courthouse. Wife and I had breakfast while we waited to vote. Food was cooked fresh to order with a handful of breakfast sandwich and platter options. Coffee was hot and strong without being bitter. Croissant, ham and cheese as well as the bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel could both have benefited from a little butter on them and maybe a dash of salt and pepper. I am certain they would do that if we had asked. Atmosphere is excellent. Seating for maybe 20-25 people with big windows looking out onto the street. Also a well stocked bakery counter and gift / wine shop make this a repeat destination.

Really nice place and very helpful servers. There’s a ton of products that are really good. Starting with the spices, sauces, aioli’s, and soup starters. The food is delicious. There’s cute little hand painted cups and wine chips. If you were just in the area and needed lunch it’s a great stop. Just want a coffee or smoothie? They have those too. There’s just not a lot of parking. So we had to park around the block and walk there. But it was a nice day and an easy walk so it wasn’t bad.

Had a meeting at the courthouse this afternoon and went here for lunch. It was much better than anticipated. The frozen matcha is so so good, made just the way I like it and there are a bunch of other delicious snacks and treats to order. There is both prepackaged and freshly made items to choose from as well as t-shirts, wine glasses, and other locally made treasures to browse. I will definitely be back!

Very nice location and atmosphere. I really enjoy the options of packed and homemade goods they have available. The menu is vast!

Two registers is confusing and we weren't given instruction on what to do. The setup is weird -- they call your name when your order is done and you have to walk beside and kind of behind the register to the food window to grab your tray. I was not given a napkin with mine, and they do not have napkins or plasticware sitting out. I went up to the counter twice to ask for those things.

I paid $25 for a Smash Burger with onion rings, and iced tea. True smash burgers are made with fresh ground beef on a flat top grill, but this was obviously a frozen patty on a too large and cold store bun. They really should rename that. Sides are very small. I was given 4 (literally 4) onion rings. When I ordered the onion rings I also asked specifically if they were battered or crunchy/breaded. The girl said they were frozen and crunchy but they are definitely a frozen and battered/soft type. The only food on my plate considered to be "fresh" food would be the shredded lettuce.

My friend ordered sweet potato fries and she seemed to get the bottom of a bag with many small pieces. Iced coffee with a shot of espresso tasted very watered down and she didn't drink it. I'm not sure if they forgot the espresso or what went wrong. She did say her sandwich was fine!

Bonus notes for readers: I was bummed out with my side of ranch! I was really expecting something homemade but it was just a below...

DO NOT EAT HERE.... nice atmosphere but horrible in every other way. Horrible customer service, the employees seem like they are relatives of the owner and don't want to be there. The portions of sides are small and overpriced. They have no idea how to make a latte or flavored coffee (i have gotten 4 hazelnut coffees and they made it different EVERY TIME) They will not make you food off of their menu but instead make you buy their "special of the day", which is sandwiches and pasta salads (made with mayo) that sit out on their counter for 7 hours a day. They have been warned by the city health inspector about this but because of the laziness of City Hall Caffe Barista is allowed to continue to serve this horrible food until someone gets sick from...
