The atmosphere is on par with any other college town pub vibe, but the pool tables, Ms Pacman and others welcomes you to a gameroom vibe as you enter the door, just a short walk and you will be met with a rock solid burger joint! I'd pass on the onion rings though, way too bready. We came as a 6-top, and our service was wonderful. We were greeted with warm smiles and welcoming attitudes. They were extremely attentive to our questions. Word to the wise, any party over 5 and 20% gratuity is automatic. This was no issue for our party since the service was great, the burger was phenomenal, and the vibe was chill

You have to show your ids first so they can put the paper bracelet on your wrist to notify the servers that we are of drinking age. It was a bit dark inside, and the area was quite spacious. They had a pool area. Our server was nice (Mike?). He was recently new but was able to get our questions answered. I orderd the pimento burger. It was great. The burgers are all cooked to standard. I really liked their sweet potatoes but I can do without the sweet sauce that came with it. Would come back again!

It's a cozy spot and a sport bar/restaurant and has pool tables. They also host musical bingo nights which is fun to do with friends. The food i ordered was house special burger with double patties with chips/fries and their sauce, delicious and fresh to the last bit. My friend tried the steak burger with sweet fries and it was delicious as well. The staff was attentive and nice. Would be going there again soon

We have been going to the Angus Grill for four years usually after a football game or sports event on campus. Never had an issue until this visit. The college kids waiting on tables were great and I believe the folks in the kitchen were doing the best they could however
.Saturday night we waited for almost two hours to get our food order. The poor waiter kept apologizing over and over. Said kitchen was backed up. Finally a man that was working the door when we arrived and seemed like “a manager” walked by and we asked him to check on our food. He said “To be honest, it is game day. We had this same problem two weeks ago after a game. It is always like this. It is game day.” I said “to be honest, we have come before on game day and you were much more crowded than this and didn’t have to wait two hours.” Before I could complete my sentence this “gentleman” interrupted to say again “well to be honest it is game day and if you don’t like it, I can comp what you have had and you can just go somewhere else.” At this moment our food came. No apologies from this person at all. Two hours to get our food with really not that big of a crowd (seen it twice as full) and the manager admitting that it happens frequently on game day is not a kitchen or staff issue. This is a management issue. Manage to your need. If you know it is going to be game day, prep your staff and kitchen accordingly. Very disappointed. PS. Ladies bathroom was filthy too. Floor so sticky your shoes stick to it. We won’t be back. Ever. I felt the most sorry for the students who work there and have to deal with this. Saw customer’s leave without eating and others left disappointed in how...

We are from New Bern and come to Greenville once a month for doctors appointments and everytime we come we try some where new and the last time we came to AG and when we called the order in she didn't tell us they had multiple locations so we went to the other one that was way across town and they sent us to this location. I get there and walk in and the whole front part was empty and there was no one to greet me to tell me where to pick up, I finally walk up to the bar and ask a group of employees who are standing and sitting at the bar drinking I don't know if they were on the clock or not but they finally point me to the bar tender, she finally asks me if I have an order. She gives me my order and takes the cash I told her to keep the change and she doesn't even ask me if I need any condiments or anything, I had to ask her. She was very rude and wanted to go back to talking to her friends at the end of the bar! Very rude! The food was greasy and cold by the time I got it. Not good at all! The best part was the ranch. I will definitely not be going back and will not recommend to anyone! Only 1...

This was my first visit and I'd been wanting to try it for some time as I live in the neighborhood. The menu is great and the burger I ordered was good, nothing special. Our server was rude and thought she was being cute/funny when she kept trying to push us all (I went for lunch with 2 others) to have a shot of tequila. Once a customer says "no thank you," that should be the end of it. We were on lunch break from work, seriously, WTF? I've got 30 yrs customer service experience, including working in a bar/restaurant. This server didn't even act happy to be there... I get it, customer service jobs blow, but at least act inviting to your customers, especially if you rely on tips. Also, I regularly see employees out front smoking which is a turn off, even for a smoker. This place is next to a laundromat and smoke gets inside. One more thing, the restaurant management really needs to see that their customers not take up all the parking spaces in front of the laundromat; it's very inconvenient for people who have a lot of laundry, especially if they are disabled. Do better...
