I went through the drive thru and was asked to pull up. I asked for at least 10-12 Arby sauce to go with my order because I use it on everything. Julian brought out my order, super slow, and there were only 3 sauces. I asked for more and he asked what I was going to use it for - very rudely with an attitude. He continued to be rude, so I told him I was backing back to the window and wanted to speak with his manager. Amazingly he can move faster than turtle speed because he ran back inside and gave me a handful of sauces. I still wanted to speak with a manager, and he refused to get them. The window had been open when I pulled back to it and no employee could be seen. I don't know why you would leave a window open where bugs can fly in (there was not fan at the window). So, I called out for a manager, and no one came. I told him this would be a bad google review and as I drove off, he yelled he didn't care. Read moreIt’s been awhile since I’ve had Arby’s and thought I’d try something new last night, the guy at the window was nice but seemed eager to be rid of us, and after receiving our food the chicken nuggets where so over cooked and hard with black parts on it that I could smack it on the table as if it where a rock. And the curly fries tasted as if they had been re heated and over cooked. I was very upset when I got home, I was absolutely famished and excited eat my food until I was disappointed by what should have been fast food but ended up being rocks and ash. PS: the message they responded to me with gives you a link where they don’t let you give information without you sharing your address, it’s also the same lazy message sent to everyone who has a problem with Arby’s. Please provide a better non intrusive way of helping with your mistakes, all the best businesses that care about their customers make an effort, that’s what makes them successful. First trip- extremely long wait, asked to leave the drive through and sit in a parking spot, very long wait.
Second trip- lunch break, 7 minutes from the plant, walked inside, 3 of us only ones in line, time to get ordered and food... Over 20 minutes, unnaceptable and staff was rude. Got order wrong as well.
Third and final trip- Only customer in the drive through or inside, messed up my order and served me the grossest "loaded curly fries" I've ever had, they actually tasted wet, however that happens.
Unfortunately there's no other close location to go to so I tap out on this establishment, maybe if they can get some new leadership in there I might be back but it's what you would expect from a Greenville dining experience.
