Great customer service!! Elana asked if I needed assistance, I told her I was just browsing. When I collected several items, she asked to and started a fitting room for me. She then checked for an item I was inquiring about. It was not in stock; but, she told me she could place an order for it. I had it in my cart online, but wanted to purchase it in store, if it was available. Later, while trying on items, she came into the fitting room area to see how I was doing. And she checked me out when I was done. I spent about 45 minutes there and had another great experience. Love...

I would give 10 stars if I could! I went in earlier today with at least 8 items to return. The clerk returned them all together which did not work because they were all from different orders. So the clerks then had to redo the return by scanning each item separately. What kind ladies! They demonstatred patience and had smiles on their faces through the entire ordeal. It is a wonderful place to shop. Everyone is so helpful and will be honest with you on how something looks on you. Pretty clothes !! Friendly sales people. I love Talbots, it is my favorite store !!
