Please ask the older waitress with the earring in her eyebrow to dawdle less when she has tables that haven't ordered yet. We waited to get menus, and had to wait to get drinks and order. At the end of us finally having to leave to get back to work, she showed us a ticket that showed she put the order in at 1:29, not sure how that could be, perhaps she started at the computer at 1:29 as our lunch break is at 1pm and it only takes us 8 minutes to get there. Anyway we ended up having to have our lunches boxed up. The manager comped our 4 meals We had a 2- hotdog plate, a 1-hotdog plate, 1 ham sandwich and a bologna sandwich. We do not put any blame at all on the kitchen, they can't make food without a ticket. We saw our waitress busy with conversations with her regular customers, playing with a baby, and I understand that sometimes, but when people are on their lunch break just make sure you have everyone covered. She only had a 4 top at front table that came in a good 6 minutes after us, the 4 of us at the round in back, a 2-top on side who were finished, and then the couple that came in after us who had their burgers in 5 minutes. Two of us came in yesterday and were back at the office by 1:45 that's why we all came back today, though they had the young dark haired waitress and actually ordered same things as today. Read moreWe sat ourselves and waited for a good 15 minutes before realizing the waitress was very busy and we should just order to-go. The male cashier was fidgeting with his nose and I noticed his hands looked like he had been changing oil. So I nicely called him over and asked if he could WASH his hands since he had just took my cash and was packing food. He denied messing with his nose and put sanitizer on instead of washing and sanitizing. He went to the back and the manager came back. He seems to correct things but never apologize. So after all of that the waitress told them to throw away the food bc she assumed I was with another customer who stated he no longer wanted his food if the male cashier didn't wash his hands. So after waiting patiently the manger was rude bc i ate in but ordered to go.. stating "why you had us do all that"..even asked if I could move off the counter from checking my food.

Read moreI was in line with 7 to 8 other cars at 7:40pm . I got to the drive thru and no one ever came to take an order. Pulled up to the window and two women one says she was the manager Jonnie looked up and never came to the window. I put the car in parked and knocked on the drive through window and the lady opened and said yes. I stated I've been in line and no one came to take my order mind you there 2 other cars behind me at this point and she says sorry were closed there is nothing I can do about it. Asked for manager and Jonnie came to the window and said she'd had a long day and I could call Monday to speak with Nick. I've been coming to Carolina before they ever moved and this is the worst customer service experience. Bubba would have never done this. Please speak with your staff and educate on customer service.
