Hardee’s — Restaurant in Greenville

Where has customer service gone? Stopped here this morning at drive thru, no one in drive thru line or in parking lot so I thought this will go quickly. I was told over speaker to hold on a minute...no welcome greeting just hold on. I held for over 3 minutes, no one ever came back to take my order. 4 cars had pulled up behind me in line. I blew my horn, employee cane on speaker and took order. I went to pay at window, an employee who was holding the bag with my biscuit asked if I blew the horn? I said yes. She ssid I told you to hold on a minute. I'm thinking this is wild! I'm being questioned about blowing my horn when they did not provide service??? I told her I should not have had to wait, they opened at 5 a.m. and should be ready to serve. She wanted to argue and was holding my bag hostage to continue mouthing at me...I told her to just give me my order. Never again will I go to this location. Has already went to a Hardees in Berea that morning and was told have yo wait 7 minutes on biscuits to be ready. No excuse for lack of...

Went to the drive thru and ordered 2 combos. Only one item showed up on screen and it was just the burger. Was told to pull around. After pulling around around I asked to verify that both had drinks and fries and the girl just nodded her head. Handed my card over and was given given the receipt and card back for only one item to be a combo and the other item to be a burger only. When I inquired about it the manager on the other side of the girl at the register started yelling. I ki day asked her to charge me the difference in price and she started yelling at me and my gf. She then proceeded to cuss us out and tell us that we didn't order combos and she got more aggressive when I requested to cancel the order entirely and get a refund. The manager at this store needs to be fired. She treats her customers very poorly. I even went in to dine with my mother and she noticed how different she was treated inside with me versus when she goes to...

Me and my husband go to this particular Hardee's about 3 to 4 times a week for the last couple times that I have been the service has been rude the first time I thought the manager was just having a rough day because I asked for some condiments and she told me why I didn't tell the window I said I thought I did she says well I'm not bringing it back out here I'm like okkkk so today I go for breakfast so I get ready to order my food in the drive thru the lady says we outta biscuits I ask what time is breakfast over she's when we run out of biscuits I ask for a manager she says I am the manager I just pulled off the old manager made you wanna eat there this new manager makes it you want to riot for better services wow...
