My friends and I came here for the first time. The waitress was very attentive at first, but after the food came out she disappeared until the plates for the buffet came out. My friend and I ordered the hibachi plates and the food was terrible. We sat and decided to send them back when we saw the waitstaff again. We then asked for them not to be replaced and to be taken off the ticket. We were informed we needed to talk with management about it because we had eaten some. The management came over and we discussed and she told me “You will just pay for the scallops” and told my friend who only ate a bite of her food “The best we can do is 30% off”. Then when the bill came out apparently they meant that they were going to take the shrimp off the bill which decreased the price none at all. When I pointed out it out to the waitress she got a huge attitude and began to complain throughout the restaurant about me and call me names. The manager and me were able to agree that I just pay for the side of scallops which is what I ate. The food is terrible and overpriced, the wait staff is unprofessional and rude, and it was overall the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. I will never be returning due to the way they treated me and my friend, and the friend who went with us that loves that restaurant also agrees he will never be returning. I do not suggest coming to this restaurant unless you want to be treated poorly for terrible food.
