I don't leave reviews, but after getting sick 2x and seeing all the recent bad ones, felt like I should leave another data point. Moved here a year ago and they've always been bad. However, somethings gotten worse the last couple months. There's no reason people should be consistently getting sick....
Dating back to when we first moved, online orders have always been incorrect and/or absurdly small. Smaller than the palm of your hand (which I saw someone else mention too) - even with extra meat or double wrapped selected. People are not exaggerating when they say that.
The last two times we've gone we've gotten sick. Once in December, once towards the end of January. Thought maybe it was random in December, but having it happen back to back times to both of us clearly indicates there's a problem. Especially as I'm seeing other reviews mention this too...
As others have noted, employees don't care. Our pick up orders are never available within 10-15 of the scheduled time. One time we came to pick up our order and were told by the cashier it wasn't ready as she barely looked through the massive pile of ready orders behind her. Then we stood there for 20-30 minutes, checking in a couple more times to which we were told it still wasn't ready. Before finally asking one more time and the cashier finally found our order... which had been sitting there the entire time.
Staff is always standing around avoiding contact/talking even though there's a massive line or backlog of late pick up orders that aren't ready yet.
Location is always filthy with frequent slippery puddles on the ground.
I could care less about most of these shortcomings, but getting sick back to back times was our last straw. Consistent incorrect orders, even when you're paying for "extra ingredients" just to get the normal level, is a bit messed up too. You'd think they could at least include 50% of the ingredients we selected to include, but nope. Last time my chicken burrito w/ all options selected ended up being 90% rice, a pinch of black beans, and a little bit of chicken. Nothing else. My girlfriend's veggie burrito ended up being rice with a little guacamole.
Nothing will change but maybe this will help someone avoid some...
Read moreUpdate 1-15-21 We have eaten at this location many times and have been very satisfied. Today was a different story. An order was placed for us by a family friend for us to pick up. They were providing a meal for our family after we lost my sister unexpectedly. I stopped in the store to pick up our order. I went to the area for pick up orders but did not see anything with our name. There was a very large order not labeled sitting on the table next to the pick up rack. I waited near the registered as they continued to help each customer paying for new orders without anybody acknowledging me. I eventually said "excuse me, I am just wondering if our order is ready?" The cashier was very rude. She stated very sharply that my order would be in the lobby labeled or it was still being worked on. It tried to explain that the one order was labeled as the other orders. She would not listen to me and again stated the same thing to me. I continued to be polite but she refused to acknowledge my statement. Finally a young man near her filling orders turned and ask the name and he would check on it. In the end the large un labeled order on the table was my order. He was very helpful and polite. I loaded half our order and when I came back for the second half I had planned to tell the cashier that was so rude that I did not appreciate the way I was treated which is bad enough in normal circumstances but the add insult to injury I am here to pick up food that was donated to us because my 45 year old sister died 3 days earlier. She was unfortunately on the phone so I stepped over and spoke the young man that had assisted me. I thanked him for being helpful and between tears I explained that I did not appreciate her attitude and that she needs to be aware that her behavior is harmful enough but she doesn't know everyone's situation. He apologized and said he would let her know. I was too upset to stay and ask for manager. I was shaking by the time I left. I have never received such poor customer service from a Chipotle. Food was great as always from a Chipotle, friendly staff, clean and...
Read moreSo after 4 months of me not coming to this place after my first bad experience in which the place add trash on the ground and food on the tables. I figured I'd give it another chance big mistake hoping that changes were made my assumptions were wrong. I will say nothing has really changed trash and food on the floor, food still on tables that haven't even been wiped clean as I approached the counter to order my food I'm not even greeted with a hello or how can I help you or what can I get you I had to literally repeat my order to the person behind the counter four different times wanted to give my burrito to me in a bowl and that's not what I asked for it was a simple order and all I wanted was a burrito with white rice with black and pinto beans double meat chicken and steak, sour cream and cheese and my wife ordered a sofritas burrito. The person that was making a burrito seemed as though I was inconveniencing him by asking for the burrito the way I wanted it and then the cashier not even listening to my wife when she has said reward for free drink I will not recommend the store to people until changes are enacted and until they get better leadership working behind the counter there is a serious lack of customer service skills I mean it's seriously not hard for people to be friendly and to provide customer service skills food service is a Hospitality service if you cannot provide customer service and Hospitality services then you don't need to be working in this...
