Store was nice but when it was advertised for all patio items to be on sale it should have included the patios lighting as well. The next thing is the lease agreement option on the lab top should allow a customer to read the contract rules and binding agreements before asking a customer to sign the contact without it because your laptop has a adblocker that do not allow the contract terms to be read. The next issue your employees needs to know all the terms of the least contract before recommending it. Why do I state this? I asked one employee if I had the option to pay the least off early and she stated no and in the least owner contract that I could not read on the computer offered in the store, from my emailed copy sent to me later, states there is a 90 day options to pay in full and become an owner of the leased items. Please fix you adblocker so your employees knows the contract to give perspective customers the correct answers please as it is written in the contract that the customers have read and a agreed to all the contract rules and binding...

The store is usually pretty clean and organized. The associates are very helpful and nice. The reason for the 2 star is that cesspool of a restroom. As you walk in, there was what seemed to be a smear of what I guess may have been poo. There were 4 stalls. Stall number 1 needed an exorcism. Stall 3 was out of order...lord only knows what happened in there. Stall 4 was the handicap stall. It had the same poo issues, but on a grander scale and the lock was broken. Stall 2 was the only option. The poo smear normally would have turned me around...but I was having a epic gastrointestinal moment that required immediate attention. In order to enter stall 2, I had to jump over an active water leak. Solves the mystery of why stall 3 is out of order. Once I was done, I was faced with whether I wanted to wash my hands. Why you ask?? The sinks were unbelievably dirty. They looked as though they had not been cleaned since installation. I washed hands and ran out. It's a shame the bathroom...

Huge headache with them regarding two mattresses I purchased totaling around $1000. I used Progressive Leasing for financing and paid it down to $200 immediately. I told them I'd need to leave one mattress and pick it up in a month or two they said no problem. I come back and it's not in the back, they say perhaps they put it back out for sale. From there I went back and forth with Progressive over getting some of my money back, and not paying the remaining balance until I got my stuff (had receipt showing I hadn't picked up all of it). Eventually progressive closed the account and got things resolved. But since BigLots doesn't keep electronic records of items in the back or that have been picked up they were of no help in the matter. Definitely wouldn't go back...
