This place is a joke. The sign on the drive thru window says they close at 10:30 PM. I get there at 9:55. Nobody greets me, so I drive forward to the window. And wait.... Nobody comes to the window, but a young girl (in uniform) comes walking into the parking lot and notices my car. I roll down my window and ask what's up, she said that they're closed. I point to the sign that clearly says 10:30, to which she says they close at 9, cuz it's winter hours! It's 90° in the middle of September! This place is a joke! UPDATE: The next day I received a phone call from the owner who took total responsibility for the signage snafu. I was really impressed with his sincerity in his empathetic approach.
UPDATE #2- I previously mentioned that the owner called me and made everything right. He told me that he was going to leave a note for the staff to credit me for a free meal the next time I was in town. Well, I'm back in town. I was skeptical, but I thought, o what the heck, let me try. I spoke with the shift manager who said she checked for a note, AND she called the owner. NO NOTE! AND THE OWNER HAD NO RECOLLECTION OF THE INCIDENT. HAHAHAHA, so,...
Read moreI went at 8:00 made a mobile order online because I personally don’t like social interactions when I feel uncomfortable/ have anxiety. Anyways. We pulled up to the window at 8:11 to state we had a mobile order, the girl at the window was very sweet and apologetic with a mistake and then had us pull up to a spot to wait. After 20 more mins (it’s been 30 something mins now) I walk in to see what’s going on, the woman taking orders at the lobby had a smug attitude when stating it was coming out. I get it if you’re tired for real. I’ve worked fast food and worse. But I had so much anxiety to even come in, with an autistic toddler in the car asking where the food is overstimulated and hot outside. I just wanted to know where it was, then I didn’t get my child’s fry. That’s the worst part to me because I literally had to calm my kid down just to inquire about the food I paid for, to get an attitude. Now the girl at the window brought the food and she was still just as sweet and apologized for the wait. But I need this place to do better with being nice. It’s always the same TWO people with attitudes. I expect better out of a high...
Read moreThis new DQ is horrible. Been there four times, the last tonight. Each time the orders have been wrong and it's taken longer each time. This time it wasnt busy. Only a.few other patrons came during the 50 minutes it took to get four ice creams. Wofe and daughter sat 10 minutes at the speaker waiting to order. Not behind anyone. The person on the other end didn't seem to understand English. They got to the window, paid and were asked to pull forward. Two blizzards, a simple sundae and a cone. That was it. 15 minutes later they brought out one. "Thanks, Bye." Uhhhh... there were four. "Four? Oh...". Another 15 mins and my wife goes inside. Another 10 minutes and they hand her the other three. Meanwhile, my daughter is in the car with mine. Melting. They get home and the two blizzards are melted and, we found out, wrong. Not what was ordered. Not even close. These people are completely incompetent. Nonchalant about their work. They don't care. This restaurant should be condemned and these folks put back on whatever government program they're qualified for because they aren't qualified to make...
