I will not return to this location. I have never received more terrible service. I arrived at 6:20, which is 40 minutes before closing time. The door was locked so the woman working pointed to a sign saying to call if in need of service. I called the number, and watched the service girl let the phone ring and not answer it. After standing there for several minutes, she came to the door and very rudely asked what she could do for me. I said I wanted to sign up for a phone plan, and she refused, saying she doesn't want to be there past seven because she has things to do. Signing me up for a new plan shouldn't take more than 40 minutes, especially because I already have an account with AT&T - if it does, that's a very inefficient process that needs to be fixed. And if you're not going to continue accepting customers after 6:20pm, you should adjust your hours accordingly. This store has a sign saying it's under new management. I would highly recommend to whoever is newly managing this store that you retrain the employee that was there on Tues, Sept 28 at 6:20 pm on how to properly speak to and serve customers, before more paying customers are told to leave because she has...

This is a very important app for me to utilize so she took the time showing me the cheapest S20-22 but then she showed me the S22+ which for just $5.00 more a month had a larger screen and battery!! I received a text at 6:50 for stating my order was ready for pick up I called at 6:55 and asked if it would be OK if I was five minutes late I was just right across the street in the Meijer parking lot. The manager stated they close at seven and he had an hour drive and he was not going to wait. I live about 35 minutes from Greenville so I had to go back home and come back the next day which was pollute completely absurd. How do you send a text 10 minutes before closing time and then not consider staying five minutes over.
