ive always love the store but the signs are very deceptive!! when it says 50 percent off than you get to the counter and it excludes gifts and other items.i came across a sign saying 40 percent which he said oh no they didnt take the sign down so ill give you these for the 40 i said no you will give me this for 40 also being thats what the sign says!! not my job to take signs down then i brought up something 50 off and she said oh no thats a gift item like thats all i buy in their is gifts so i put it back found it on amazon 6 dollars cheaoer same item!! additude and some rudeness and some talking crap at the registers not okay not perfesional at all never have had that experiance.Heard others say it .But i will not go back and wont suggest it either sucks cause they had my whole grinch tree and all the ornimantes and i planed on other decorations which will now be ordered!! a sign i can underatand being rude no talking about a person no and having decieving signs so the person gets up there and dosent want to be embarresd so they buy it not okay it wasnt like this last year spent 1000 on christmas.new manager new somthing the one lady with the redish hair i talked to about garland was amazing and shes been there a while youve got somone running your store probably shouldnt be just saying Thank you for letting me voice...

Had to get some final Christmas shopping done. Timed it to the very last second they were open. They close at 8 PM but because I work late it’s hard for me to get here. Despite the Christmas rush and how busy they’ve been, my experience was so pleasant. I had such great help from the gal in the craft section. I didn’t catch her name but she knows who she is and hopefully she get a holiday bonus.. My check out gal was named Julie. Again right until 8:15, 15 minutes after the store closed her attitude was spectacular. She was very helpful and I left with such a warm Christmas spirit.

Crafts from kids crafts to adults, tee shirts, to air brush supplies, painting for artists, paper crafting to stamping supplies, to jewelry supplies, to any and all crafts! They even have wedding decor, to gifts for the whole family. The employees are very friendly and helpful the store is super clean. I love going to Hobby Lobby. They are open Monday...
