Bought a washer and dryer set last fall. We were told about the limited warranty time, and told if we had issues after that to give them a call and they would try to help as much as they could. Well our washer started having issues. We called, the help offered amounted to giving us a phone number for a repair man and wishing us luck. SUPER Disappointed. Just be aware you are buying a used appliance and it may not last very long at all. The cost of the unit and repairs we could have almost paid for a new one with a longer warranty.

I hate buying appliances! But the lady at the Greenville location made it so easy, she was able to answer questions and gave me her honest opinion on each washer which you never see that these days, it's all about pushing sales. I knew I needed a washer but also had concerns about my dryer, I didn't have a huge budget but she was able to work with what I had! I was apprehensive about purchasing a used washer but felt comfort in the fact that they came with a 30 day warranty on them.
