GameStop — Local services in Greenville

I had a online order placed from inside GameStop in Greenville MI by the assistant manger "Claire" at the time Monday 9/9/24 she told me it will arrive at my house in a couple days i made sure to ask if my games and the DLC that was listed would be on the order would be with it, she told me yes, so i waited until my order arrived 9/14/24 but it was far from what i ordered i tried to call that same day but it was already passed closing so i waited until Monday 9/16/24 i told her this must be a mistake i order didn't come with everything and wanted to make sure they knew this, Claire than told me that i wasn't going to get the redeem code with it so i was only getting half of the ordered so this store and the manger is very misleading, she than told me if i wanted i could come in within the 7 days for a refund, i told her i couldn't do that as i don't live in Greenville and i didn't have away to make up there again until next month she than told me she couldn't help me even though it was her fault to begin with! Terrible store and the workers there lie so bad...

Im not entirely sure about the legitimacy of Brandons review. This gamestop has been my one stop gaming destination for two years and in that time ive had no problem returning or exchanging games. The only time they wont let you is if its a final sale for something discontinued or you bought it new and gamestop doesnt have anymore inside this particular location. Anyways, the staff here are always friendly. Mackenzie, Nolan are some ill say specifically. Always ready to help and always working, they dont just stand around like rivertown and alpine employees do.

The selection is also pretty good but imo I wish there were classic games. Id love to be able to walk in and purchase ps1 games again. Also, you should totally start accepting skylanders...

The guy tells me yesterday that they will have prismatic bundle boxes in for today March 7th. I literally got there 5 minutes after they opened and 3 employees including the one that told me they would be having prismatic pokemon were all standing there. I asked if they had any prismatic and the Rude lady told me NOPE all sold out. I said you been open for 5 minutes and all sold out. There wasn't even anyone else there for pokemon nor anyone leaving or checking out with pokemon. I would say it was a good old fashioned backdoor. You guys suck. I am ashamed that I am member and the greenville, Michigan store. I can't emphasize enough on how rude they were to me. Thanks for back dooring the pokemon for yourselves. My 13 year old son...
