I have never been to Kickback Jack's, but I have seen them in my journeys around North Carolina and even Tennessee. We have one somewhat close to our house, and I noticed that they have a selection of entrees that are $10.29 from 3 pm to 6 pm Mondays through Thursdays. We decided to try that. We came on a Wednesday and they had a sign saying that Fish and Chips were $10.99 on Wednesdays. We were seated immediately, and our server was Morgan, who was very attentive and communicative! They also have fountain drinks, and the price is pretty reasonable ($2.09) for a fountain drink at a restaurant. The cups are big, and you do not need a refill because they provide a large serving. My sister ordered the chicken cajun alfredo pasta, I ordered the chicken tenders platter, and my partner ordered the greens n' grille salad. For the early dine, I was not sure if I could make substitutions, but I do not eat coleslaw. Morgan asked if I wanted the sides that it came with, and I asked for broccoli instead of coleslaw, and was happy to find at the end that there was no upcharge on my meal. My partner got his salad with ranch, and they gave him two cups of ranch, which I thought was a generous portion for a salad. The chicken cajun alfredo pasta was really good! I had a bite and it had a nice zing to it. I really liked my chicken tenders. They were lightly breaded and were very juicy. The french fries it comes with reminded me somewhat of Five Guys fries, which I love, so I was happy with those, too. The ranch was delicious. I had a bite of the salad and liked that as well. Everything was really good, and prices were incredibly reasonable for eating out at a sit-down place. I would definitely come back.

I’ve been coming here for a long time & I’ve always had great service to this day, but let me tell you the food has gone down hill completely, I didn’t take a picture of everything but this is the cheeseburger my daughter ordered, it wasn’t even edible. The macaroni that came with it was bland and gross as well so she just didn’t eat. I’m certified in food safety and I know they can’t following procedures of the company if this is the food they’re bringing to the table, we also ordered two spinach dips & a Buffalo chicken dip, the chips were all over salted and half of them were stale. The waitress did exchange the chips with no problem! Like I said the service has always been amazing , the chicken salad was not edible, my pizza was amazing but the fries were old soggy cold and also over salted. I don’t want any money back or anyone in trouble I just want the old fresh food back so get a new cook , or retrain the one you have. Also I come once a week so I order curbside often always the same thing, spinach dip or Lemon pepper fried wings ALL FLATS. When I got the wings they were not all flat and the server said she didn’t hear me so I said I understand it’s no problem may I please pay to make them all Flats then. So they charged me extra 3 dollars and took my wings back and basically gave me My old wings back that were cold but took out the drumsticks and replaced them with flats. I LOVE TO EAT AND I DO NOT MIND PAYING EXTRA FOR WHAT I WANT TO EAT, but I deserve to have food that I enjoy eating. PLEASEEEEE RETRAIN YOUR KITCHEN STAFF OR LET ME COME IN AND TRAIN THEM. Thank you A hungry concerned customer.

It's abit noisy and the prices are high but the food is very delicious even if it is greasy. I ended up paying $56 for 2 meals and 2 kid meals plus tip totalling $70. My main issue was the noise, it would make a great family restaurant or a fine dinning one well for the south anyway if it wasn't so loud. Between the many loud tvs playing sports and the dinning customers talking over them I couldn't even hear wife telling me what she wanted to eat. Oh they should have had the sidewalk wrap around the restaurant or atleast reach both sides. The parking surrounds the place, we parked on the side where the take out door is but the sidewalk stopped there and we had to walk around cars to reach the entrance. I had foot surgery and have to use a knee scooter to get around which isn't ideal trying to get up and down sidewalks. I can imagine how problematic it can be for the elderly or those in wheelchairs.

Eat here all the time and love the food, but I doubt I will ever return after my experience with management today.

My family and I (party of 8) were seated in the large groups room behind a party of approximately twenty adults/children, around 6pm on a Saturday. Within 10 minutes, we were so overwhelmed with the noise level of the other party that we requested that a manager kindly ask them to keep it reasonable. This party was screaming, shouting, their children wailing and running all over the place. We could hear several of the individual conversations going on at the main party table (three rows in front of us), but could not hear the other people at our own table, even if we shouted. I have two children on the autism spectrum, and while I don’t expect people to make grand exceptions for their disabilities, I DO expect other humans to practice common decency in public, and for businesses to at least pretend to care about their customers’ experiences.

Unfortunately, that is not what happened tonight. The Perth behind us grew louder and louder as they continued to drink and overstay their welcome (by the time our food arrived, this entire party was seated at the table with to-go bags and checks paid). I asked the waitress twice more of the manager could please just ask them to turn down their volume so my family could speak to one another, and still the manager refused to appear.

Finally, just before we received our bill, the manager sauntered over to our table- not the tables occupied by the rude guests, who were STILL present and STILL behaving in an ear-splittingly loud and raucous manner. I explained to the manager that we had been pleading for his assistance for the duration of our experience, and that allowing that party’s poor behavior to continue had frustratedy family and caused both of my children with ASD to need to take multiple breaks away from our table, thereby thwarting any plans we had to enjoy a family meal together. The manager apologized rather lamely for not attending to our many requests for his intervention, said nothing about the behavior of the other guests, and walked away without speaking to any of them.

Minutes later, our waitress returned with our bill, apologized profusely, and explained that the manager had told her to relay to us that he felt the other party had the right to behave “however they wanted.”

As we left, the rowdy group of drunkards launched in to a fifth or sixth slurred chorus of “Happy Birthday,” while the manager stood in the room and watched. CLEARLY, the management at this establishment cares more about cashing in on its very average bar selection than it does about keeping returning customers happy, or creating even so much as a tolerable atmosphere for all...

Kickback jack's is a great place to dine. The food is sooo delicious OMG I drove from Hampton Virgina 23666 to the 27834 just to get me some honey BBQ wings traditional fried. After waiting in the to go booth for 10 min I walked in and ask if someone can assist me. I was escorted back to the to go area to place my order. Several family members were gathering at buffalo wild wings and I told them the food at kickback Jack's was better and the service was to notch... Totally opposite of what I told them. So I went back in and requested a table for a party of 8 with 3 arriving later. I waited about 15 min which wasn't bad at all besides sitting in the front and the door keep flying open with the temperature 45 degrees, I move back in the restaurant to continue my wait. My buzzer went off three times, I walked to the counter thinking the table was ready but the host just said oh no it's not ready yet sorry.. Walking back to the corner read the NC lottery winner machine letters for about 4 more min my buzzer buzz again I turn and the host wave and said you table is ready.. After being seated, my family came and joined me at the hightop table. I had already had my food but they waited about 15 min for a waiter or host to return to take their order.. 20 min later, the assistant manager came to the table to say that whom ever was going to be assigned to us had to many table that we would be worked into another host area. She came over and was confused upset and felt overwhelmed. We encourage her that she was doing great and we just wanted to enjoy the night at kickback Jack's. Finally after waiting about 45 min my family food was brought out and they brought our drinks out. Seems nothing else could go wrong, but after eating a couple bites of our food we realize that all the cups on the table where empty. No one had been back to our table for about 30 min after the last visit. So went spent the remaining time entertaining each other. I stop a young lady that was walking by and ask if she could get us more drinks (soda ). She bring our refills and 10.min later Haley came by and ask if the ticket was together she printed recipet took payments and sent us home.. Lol I guess we had been in the way long enough and the restaurant was ready for the party of 6 in the middle of the floor, who had no host waiter or services person to go. The most exciting part about the entire visit was I ran into my 5rh grade teacher and her husband. I was so happy to see her. Thanks G. Symon (5thgrade teacher ) I'll return to kickback Jack's only if I can see the look on your face again, after I ran into you after so...

My Wife And I Ordered The Exact Same Thing And My Son Got The Kids Pizza. We Were Served Our Appetizer and The Pizza. Had To Wait. Then My Wife's Salad Came. Then About 10 mins Later, My Salad finally Came. Had To Wait About 15mins. Then My Wife Was Served Her Steak & Shrimp, But No Loaded Mashed Potatoes. We Waited For About 10-15 More mins. Now My Wife Had Decided To Wait For My Food To Come, So We Could Eat As a Family, The Reason We Chose To Eat At This Restaurant To Begin With. She Covered Her Food. We Asked Our Waitress BRIA, And Were Told She Was Going To Check On It, After Not Seeing Her For About 10mins. We Were Seated Near The Kitchen, So We Could See Everything Going On. We Could See That People Who Came In After Us Were Served Before Us. We Could See That The Potatoes That Completed My Wife's Order Were Still Sitting On The Pick Up Window After 10mins. And We Also Could See That After Our Waitress BRIA Rudely Said She Was Going To "Check On What's Going On With Our Food", She Actually Stepped Into The Kitchen And Leaned On a Table And Started Texting. Now It's Been About 20mins Since My Wife Was Served Half Of Her Meal And I Haven't Received Anything. My Wife Was Furious. We Called BRIA Back To The Table And Again She Was Rude And Acted Like This Was All An Inconvenience To Her. So We Asked To Speak With The Manager. We Watched Her Walk Into The Kitchen And Started Flailing Her Arms Around With Her Back To Us Purposefully, Talking To The Manager. I Stepped The 3 Steps To The Open Kitchen Door And Listened As She Very Rudely Described My Wife And I And Our Issue. So I Spoke Up And Started Explaining To The Manager About Her Rudeness, That Was Continuing Right In Front Of Him. We Told Him We Would Like To Leave And We'd Like The Check For The Portion Of The Meal That We Actually Received. Not Once Did Our Waitress BRIA, Or Either Of The Managers There At That Moment, Not Once Did Anyone Even TRY To Apologize In ANY Way For This Completely INAPPROPRIATE Behavior, Lack Of Customer Service Skills, And Just Complete Disregard For The Fact That This Is a Family Environment Where Families Come To Eat TOGETHER And Are PAYING Hard Earned Money For At Least Halfway Decent Service. We Chose To Eat Here, Because My Wife Said This Was One Of Her Favorite Places In Greenville, As We Live In Washington. But After This Horrible Experience, We Will Never Be Returning To This Restaurant Again. We Will Bring Our Hard Earned Money To a Business That Appreciates The Community And Their Customers a Bit More. VERY...
