The only reason I gave 1 star was to write this review… I drove to Little Cesar to get dinner for my 3 little girls (3, 4 & 5). I placed my order at the drive through window with Jeremy A. (The district manager) he took my order. He was actually a nice guy. He gave me 4 bags of cookies for my girls. I ordered ONE cheese pizza. I paid with Apple Pay. Jeremy A. said it would be 3 minutes. As I left the window, I noticed that my Apple Pay reflected 14.63. I parked and went in to ask the cashier (a tall black guy) why was I charged that amount. He said you were charged for 2 pizzas instead of one. I went to explain that this is our dinner. The black guy then very clearly stated, “I will tell the manager.” The black guy returned and again, stated very clearly, “My manager said, we’ll just give you the cheese pizza at no charge but it’ll be 6 minutes. I shared with him that Jeremy said it will be 3 minutes, why is it another 6 minutes? I’m asked to return to my car and the pizza will be right out. 6-7 minutes later, I’m watching customer after customer walk to the window to receive their order. I’m then gestured by Jeremy A. to come in. My order was voided. Jeremy A. shared with me that he could not just give me a pizza. He went on to say, “If I have means to pay for the pizza then I can get it, talking to me as if I’m a bum and or homeless. Issue: Jeremy A. charged my cash app card for double. Voided the transaction and then expected for me to have my card charged a 3rd time. I explained to him that this is a cash app card and it will take days before receiving a full refund. That was all the money that I had and that this pizza was my girls’ dinner. Again, ma’am, if you have adequate money to pay for the pizza, then I can ring you up…per Jeremy A. My card was over charged. I did not receive an apology, where’s the customer service? I was told to wait for the replacement (free) pizza. I have been a regular and frequent customer for over a year. I asked for a number to call someone in position over him. He goes to the website and gives me the number to corporate. Before leaving, I requested a copy of the void (refund). This was the worst experience ever. The tall black guy talked over me. When I mention to Jeremy A. that this is guy that told me to wait for my “free” pizza…The guy walked away. Jeremy stayed, I will have to talk to him.” I then go to the Little Cesar’s in Winterville to make sure that I will receive a refund. I asked the manager dir a number to call with a compliant. She gives me JEREMY A. number!!!!!! Are you serious? Are they all in this together to avoid customers from calling with an issue and or complaint. SUGGESTION: DO NOT EAT FROM LITTLE CESAR on 10th Street! Poor customer service. Rude, Rude, Rude!!!!!!!!!!!!
Update! Received a full refund today. Corporate moved very quickly in refunding me. Service was horrible. Still not eating there...
Read moreWe’ve ordered from here and often have been mostly satisfied with the service. With that being said, this rating is based off my most recent experience. My husband placed an order for two pizzas and crazy bread. We ALWAYS request light sauce, but clearly there was EXTRA sauce because I had to scrape marinara sauce off before I could even take a bite. In no way, shape or form was our food warm/fresh. The pizza looked, felt and tasted like it had been sitting out for a VERY LONG TIME. There was nothing fresh about this pizza, at all! This was not a matter of him arriving late because he was already there when he put in the order. We work hard for our money and for it to be wasted like that (because our children didn’t eat it) we’re highly disappointed. The guy he spoke with (when he called to see if they could make it right) was unwilling to correct this issue. This particular guy I’m referring (I believe) is responsible for how the crazy bread turned out. I only say this because every time I see that he’s there, my crazy bread is no longer “cRaZY”, it’s a plain Jane bread because there’s ZERO garlic butter/Parmesan on the breadsticks and we really look forward to that part! I’m forced to make a review about it because he refused to make it right, especially since we eat there so frequently. This has nothing to do with race but it’s for identification purposes ONLY. The guy who refused to make it right was a Caucasian male and I STRONGLY encourage you to double check your food (ESPECIALLY the crazy bread) if/when he’s working because he might do the same to you, too. Please see the photo attached to this review. The bitten piece you see is where I scraped the sauce off; also my son almost threw his slice away. I decided to take a photo of it to make a statement. This occurred on October 30th around 12:45 pm. This needs to...
Read moreI have been a loyal fan of Little Caesars for over 11 years in different states that I've lived. I normally pick my pizza up from the location on 10th street. I just found out that they were now delivering, so I was very excited. I figured now they can really compete with the other Pizza chains. But I was totally wrong. The pizza was very late. The vegetables have always been fresh and crunchy. They were mushy and didn't taste fresh like they normally do. The pizza was cold, perhaps because Door Dash did not deliver it in a pizza delivery bag like a pizza should be delivered especially when the driver had another stop before delivering my pizza. I was not notified of this at the time of placing my order. I was not notified about the driver having to make a stop before delivering my pizza until after my pizza was already picked up by the Door Dash driver from Little Caesars and was on the way to be delivered to me. The pizza was cold and had no flavor whatsoever. This is not what I have previously experienced from Little Caesars. What is going on Little Caesars? Is Door Dash a plus or a minus. You definitely need pizza bags to keep the pizza hot especially when Door Dash is sending its drivers to other stops making the pizza even worst. Little Caesars also dropped the ball because the 3 large pizzas that I bought were the worst pizzas ever. I can pick pizza places that I thought were the worst and there's no contest compared to the experience I had with my recent order from Little Caesars. I am totally...
