McAlister's Deli — Restaurant in Greenville

Today was the last day I will be ordering for our office from this restaurant. No matter how much you pay for extra items, or for the original item itself, the result is pitiful. I personally ordered the club wrap today with ham, turkey (and extra turkey), cheese, mayo, add bacon, lettuce, add spinach and got what could be rolled up and compared to a soft shell taco from Taco Bell size item. Far from what I expected. Take a look at my picture. Pitiful. It should have been a filling wrap full of turkey, ham and bacon with cheese, lettuce, spinach. Also, I've ordered the giant spud before and requested extra toppings and it came looking barely topped with anything. Just because we're not in the store we get...

Awful customer service and dirty! No greeting, the cashier was very slow in orderjng the food in the register, didn't know the menu at all, kept getting the name of the food wrong and when I asked what all is included in a dish she got an attitude and in a smart tone read what the dish is called straight out the menu.. I asked two more times and she rolled her eyes and with an attitude said the same thing again. Smh! No assistance whatsoever. That attitude is unacceptable and never going back to this location again. To top it off, I didn't receive two of my sides that was paid for. $18 was wasted at this place. Manager has to do better in picking out their employees and hire people that actually want...

This McAlisters in Greenville SC is nasty...not.clean. There is mold in the ceiling tiles and the AC grill looks like there is a ton of mold. Ceiling tiles are black and moldy from leaking ceiling tiles. I'm shocked that the health department of Greenville county hasn't close this store down yet. Me and my wife got sick 7 hours later...most likely food poisoning. I notice the Ruben sandwich was room temperature. I had to pick out the old lettuce out of my salad. We threw out the rest of our sandwiches in the trash.

Corporate office needs to go to that restaurant and eat with your family... then you tell me how safe it is to eat at that location. Don't forget to look up at the ceiling....
