First of all, one of the servers named mikayla is amazing. We had her the second time we ate here. — Great atmosphere, awesome decorations, good selection of alcohol, great selection of kids menu items and a wide variety of appetizers to choose from. & The cooks are amazing. First time eating here the service wasn’t the best. Don’t remember the girls name. But the waitress seemed annoyed and we had to ask for things multiple times, and she would continually forget things after asking for them multiple times. She seemed like she didn’t enjoy her job, and did the bare minimum. We would try to call for her and she would act like she didn’t hear us and keep walking. To be fair she might not have heard us, but after a couple times of calling “miss! Excuse me!” With her just a few feet away.. You’d think she could of heard us. she didn’t ever wanna make eye contact with us walking by and only checked on us when we were done eating…. But I am a server myself so I understand people have bad days. So we still tipped 20%. ❤️ I just hope that it was a bad day for her and that’s not how she always treats her tables. But the food was amazing-good job to the kitchen! —Our second time eating here was amazing. MIKAYLA is the BEST server we have ever had! Ever. We were blown away cause it’s really hard to find service this great when you go out here lately (in our experience) so the amazing service meant a lot to us. It only took her 5 seconds to greet us and get drinks. She made sure we had everything we needed, even extra plates and sauce. and she brought them all out before the meal… our drinks never even made it to being halfway empty, they were always full. She made sure we had what we needed and never had to ask twice. She was fast, so kind and upbeat, very attentive and continually checked in on us and made sure everything was perfect for our dinner. She made eye contact with us every time she walked by us, and was fast. she made us feel comfortable! So of course we tipped her way over 20% because she deserved it. :) we are the type of people who will tip good if we love the server even if the bill is only 25$. —The food was once again delicious. He ordered a burger. I usually order steak when I go out but the tenders are my go to for Quaker Steak! They’re so juicy and crispy at the same time and the flavor is great. They just falls apart in your mouth with every bite. My daughter loves them too! she’s 2 and shes a very picky eater and never really wants to touch her food when we go out. But both times we got tenders she tore them up. She said it’s her fav place to get chicken and fries :) The kids menu options are great so I recommend this place to eat out as a family. I love that is has 2 bars one on each side of the restaurant. I loved the little gaming area when you walk in to be seated. I also loved the low lighting. I usually have light sensitivity headaches so that was really good for me personally. Also low lighting really sets a chill vibe! My daughter was amazed by all the decorations. We plan to keep coming back! I would highly recommend this place to anybody. And highly recommend you request for Mikayla to be your server. She deserves...
Read moreThe food was ok but the service was extremely lacking. It started as we walked in, there wasn't anyone up front seating guest, after three people walked in the area to look around we asked the last one if we just seated ourselves and she said she would let the hostess know. We sat at our table and eventually received our drinks and ordered our appetizer. Eventually we received our appetizer and placed our orders. After about ten minutes I flagged our waiter down (apparently the only person in the restaurant working up front) and asked for a refill, 8 minutes later I received a refill. We finally received our salads and I was about to pour the dressing on and our main course arrived, we saved it for last so our food wouldn't get cold. I started looking around and realized our waiter (apparently new) had 5 tables, with 9,5,6,4 and 2 guest, no wonder he was busy. So maybe someone didn't show up for their shift, why wasn't the Manager or other employees helping out. Several employees sitting around and no manager in sight. We later found that they did have a hostess that would hang out with other employees at a back table rather than her post up front greeting and seating guests. Eventually the Manager came out asking customers if they were ok as he walked by not even stopping for an answer, needless to say we found the problem, it was a Manager that didn't know or care to know how to run a restaurant. He looked like he has been working a 48 hour shift without showering or tucking in his shirt. Why wasn't he doing his job and running the restaurant? Why did he look worse than a bus boy that was actually working? Why wasn't he helping the only waiter we saw working? Why is Quaker stake and lube letting this waste of a salary run a restaurant? Needless to say the restaurant wasn't busy at all but the service would be better at their competitors that had full parking lots. We went on a Sunday afternoon 10/7 and won't be back even though the food was ok. I tipped the waiter 20% and apologized that his Manager wouldn't help him because he was to busy watching cat videos on his phone...
Read moreI have visited this location several times over the last 8 years and had bad service each time. I have continued to come back thinking the service will improve but it somehow gets worse. I stopped going last year.
Two of my visits I didn't even get to place a drink order before I walked out because servers hadn't even greeted me after 30 minutes. One other visit I waited 30 minutes after the server brought us menus and drinks, then I decided to leave after they ignored us to talk to another table (despite multiple attempts to flag a server down.)
The worst experience I had was at a bike night hosted by the restaurant in partnership with Harley nextdoor. I know bike nights get busy but I waited two hours for food, even though our entire table outside got their food before me. The server kept avoiding me until I stood up and asked where my food was. Turns out they had somehow forgotten to put in my food order even though he physically wrote it down and handed everybody else at our table food except for me. Needless to say my meal was comped due to terrible customer service and wait times.
What really upsets me about this location is that their food is good (even if it's a little on the pricey side) but I consistently have to put up with terrible customer service and have spent more time waiting to place my order or receive my order than actually enjoying the restaurant.
QSL could be a better restaurant but until they resolve staffing issues I can't return in...
