I would never order from this store/ branch ever again. This location should be shut down. they're racist. The manager is unprofessional and appearance was disheveled. Location isn't cleaning. fruit taste rotten and staff handle food with no hair net. I purchased food that was falsely advertised. They were out of some particular items and upon order they sold me a drink that wasn't on the menu. I suffer from some food allergies and the manager would not accommodate. I ask for a refund and she was very advised me to make another purchase. I asked why would I do that, when she didn't correctly serve fresh food. This location isn't as clean as clean juice is advertised. beware of this location . be aware of upon ordering anything from this location that the emergency room. maybe your next stop. I gave 1 star. this location deserves No stars. It was ok for them/ manager to take my money but I guess I wasn't good enough to be refunded. Customers aren't always right. We'll, I don't remember when that changed, because Customers keep there business functioning. However. To be mistreated and disrespected for food. is very distasteful and my take away is. I will spend wisely and I will be richer. I will not ever spend money with this business. Clean Juice isn't so clean. Muddy dirty , stomach infectious swamp. Beware at your own risk. I can’t say enough good things about Clean Juice! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warmest smile and the most welcoming energy — and that’s all thanks to Lily. She made the entire experience exceptional. Not only was she incredibly kind and attentive, but she also took the time to explain the menu and recommend some amazing options based on what I was in the mood for.

The juices and smoothies were absolutely delicious — so fresh and packed with flavor. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, and it’s clear they care about offering healthy, organic options. I tried the Green Juice and the Berry Acai Bowl, and both were perfection.

But honestly, what made the experience stand out was Lily’s service. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, checking in with a genuine smile and positive attitude that made me feel truly valued as a customer.

Terrible customer service. So, I pre-ordered a 3 day cleanse on Wednesday, to be picked up today (Sunday), to start my cleanse Monday. I asked specifically if there was a certain time I needed to come pick it up, and was told anytime. Great! Until I arrived at 12:30, to be told it wouldn't be ready until 3 or after, because the produce arrived yesterday…? What? This timeline is confusing, but whatever, I'll come back on hellacious Woodruff Rd, AGAIN, on a weekend, to pick up my freaking juice. It's after 3 now, I'm back. This time I am told that the "juicer" had a family member having surgery so she left. Pardon? Can no one else man the juice machine? I was looking at 3 employees while being told this. No one offered me a resolution, until I asked, and was told they could give me some other juices. A cleanse is done a specific way for a reason, so no thanks.
