Food was good but service was poor. Sat way too long before waitress came and introduced herself. Drinks took too long and LIT had too much sour mix in it. When we placed our order (2 chicken and waffle entrees) I ordered a side of chips with it (menu clearly stated, entrees served with fries or chips). Server came back and said chips did not come with it but they could be added on. I said ok, but why does the menu say it comes with either fries or chips? Server couldn’t explain why and said she would get the manager. I didn’t ask for the manager, I just asked for an explanation and why this particular entree didn’t come with a side as stated in the menu. I wasn’t looking for a discount or free food, it was just very misleading in my opinion. When the manager came out I explained the miscommunication. Again, I wasn’t demanding, I was just trying to get clarification on the menu. He was polite and did confirm the entree did not come with a side. He ended up giving us a free side of chips as a curtesy which was very nice and appreciated. After this, server became less and less attentive. Had another guest join the table and server passed by us 3-4 times without speaking. I finally spoke up and asked her to get him a drink please. She didn’t introduce herself, she just said “what do you want to drink.” After this it seemed the server was ignoring/avoiding our table on purpose. The table behind us was getting her undivided attention giving them boxes, refills and a much happier personality. I felt as if the server was annoyed with me asking her to do her job. She needs more training and needs to learn how to be professional. I was very disappointed in the service. The other server in our section was more attentive to her customers and had a much better professional attitude. In conclusion, it would have been helpful if the server had more confidence in explaining the menu avoiding the miscommunication from the start. BRUNCH IS A JOKE!

It's nothing classy about it! I feel robbed of my hard earned money!

Let's start with the PRESENTATION.....plastic tablecloths, aluminum pans and foil, horrible looking food in the pans. HELLO??? ITS 2023! Look on IG for brunch ideas! FOOD They advertised brunch and served soul food! then had some burnt sausages and eggo waffles at the end, which were store bought and hard as bricks, white potatoe salad, collard greens and boiled chicken. No fruit, jerk chicken as advertised, nothing brunch at all.

SANITATION WARNING ⚠️ This place shouldn't even be selling food! There is NO kitchen in the back! They are having the food prepared in someone home and delivered there! Server wasn't wearing a hairnet, food wasn't covered properly, just horrible!

Food inspectors will have a feild day in this place.

MY ADVICE Save your money and STAY AWAY! To the owner, Stop this nonsense NOW before someone gets sick! You've gotta do better than this.... I can't see how this place is even in operation after what...

I was super excited to try this place. After being told to wait around 20 min. for a table, we waited 45+. I didn't think anything of it considering it was Karaoke night so obviously they are busy. We got a table that was the farthest away from where everything was happening (we wanted to do karaoke) and couldn't see anything. I ordered the bang bang shrimp and half of them were hot, the other half were VERY cold. Our table's drinks came well after all of the food came out. My drink had melted ice all in it and it wasn't even cold. Our server was nice, but she didn't pick up plates at all and expected us to hand everything to her (I don't have a problem with that but at least ask if you can take it). I felt veryyyyy rushed. I was still ordering when she gave us our checks and I didn't even want to finish eating there. Food was mediocre and my drink wasn't made...
