Starbucks — Restaurant in Greenville

I just ordered a pink drink and the cashier taking my order asked if I wanted light ice. Which I thought was odd because I’ve never been asked that. I said sure and thank you! I heard him then tell the barista making my drink that I wanted the pink drink- light ice. She then filled my cup up completely with ice and then poured a small amount of drink in the cup. When she handed it to me I told her I wanted light ice. She poured out half of the ice and then only poured in coconut milk. So my drink was almost only coconut milk. I couldn’t drink it and had to throw it away. And it was $4.81. I will not be going back to...

The staff is great! I don’t think they were taught about saving shots because I’ve had a total of 3 different people make my drink and each one never saved my espresso shot. It really changed the overall quality of the drink and they would gain so much more service if they made sure to do that.

Update: Ordered a venti Starbucks double shot and they made it incorrect again. I have previously worked at a Starbucks so I do know how to make the drink I order. I go here only because it’s close to my job. Please learn to save shots and make...

This location is conveniently located inside of a Harris Teeter. The service is not bad, but I have noticed I get charged extra for heavy cream sometimes, which most stores don’t seem to do. They also sometimes charge me and barely add anything to my coffee. Other times it’s way too much. The staff is also not always as pleasant or thorough as most baristas, although they are efficient.
