Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Greenville

This was my wife and daughter's first visit to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. When the first of 3 smoothies was handed to me, the lid popped off and smoothie spilled all over my clothes, truck seat, and console. The employee froze and didn't do anything. We asked for napkins. She handed me 2 napkins. We asked for more. I got out of the truck and cleaned everything up. I had to ask for more napkins and a cup of water to clean myself and the truck. Stuff happens. I'm not mad about an accident. There were no apologies. No new smoothie. No questions. No comments. There is no way the lid was put on fully. I did not manhandle it. I barely grabbed it. Awkward experience for the family's first time visit. No matter how good a smoothie may be, some sort of positive customer service is what makes people return.

Excellent fresh food. Wraps, flatbreads, sandwiches. The smoothies are amazing. Been 4 days in a row now trying different things on the menu. Everything has been so good….thats why I keep returning. They have an excellent special going on: 24 oz smoothie, wrap and your choice of bag of chips, apple or banana all for just $9.99. Everyday from 7-9 am AND pm all smoothies are only $5.00. They even toss in a coupon for you to use next visit if you want! ...

I have never been here and let me just say, MMMMMM🤤 I got a large smoothie and before I made it home it was gone! So good! I also got a chicken pesto sandwich, yes and YES! I also picked up a yogurt bowl for the next morning. The woman who made my order was so sweet and out my granola on the side, so it wouldn’t get all nasty overnight. Amazing food, good prices and great customer service! Have already gone back a couple times!...
