My husband and I went here last night 05/31/24 @9:47 pm(they close @ 10pm, we got home @ 10pm) and spent $18.24 the food was unedible and not fresh @ all. Even the fortune cookie was stale. My husband called today, when they 1st opened up and spoke to the manager John. He was advised that if the purchase took place before 9:30 pm, the food would of been replaced. I called back to speak to John and advised him that it didn't matter if it took place @ opening or closing, this was not a good business move to display. He started going back and forth with me. I told him I am not arguing with him, I would just leave a review online for other people to be warned about here. I then got a call back into my phone by John to advise me, that his manager said the next time I come they will give a discount on the next purchase. Enclosed is the receipt and proof he called me back to sweep this under the rug. I advised him as a business owner, he should make it right. Either redo my order or refund my purchase. I was advised that I needed to go out into my trash and bring him the portion I didn't eat to get a full refund. Please avoid this place @ all costs, the fact I have referred countless people/family members to this place before. I have eaten here many times inside as well as takeout, it really saddens me at how unprofessional he was to my husband and I. I had to tell him many times, that I don't want to argue or carry on a pointless conversation. If you are looking for a buffet place, go to the 1 in Plano TX King Buffet. They are very professional and always serve fresh food.

One of the worst Chinese restaurants. I have always wanted to try this restaurant on my way to Dallas, so I stop tonight. The restaurant was clean, no foul odors but the elevator music was just too much. I thought wow there's a lot to choose from...was I wrong. Most of the food was old and I didn't see them refill one tray. The food was soaked in grease, stale and bland. Vegetables were flimsy absolutely no crunch. Normally the green beans have a crunch, seasoned well and lightly oiled right? No...they were soaked in some sauce with overcooked broccoli. Lo mein noodles looked like fettuccine noodles. No rice noodles, the rolls tasted off , the shrimp smelled extremely fishy and like it was just poured out the bag. Desserts...were so dry and absorbed other flavors and smells. Ice cream was more like ice milk, no toppings offered. I stopped for the sushi and hibachi grill....just sad. No eel or yum yum sauce. Had to ask for soy sauce, ginger and Wasabi. No duck sauce. The quality of food was barely a 2. Price was unreasonable due to no crab Legs, mussels, poor hibachi grill or quality sushi. The signs didn't light up and half the lights on the building were out...I should have known it was going to be bad when the young girl at the front was on her phone next to popcorn machine. Yes, popcorn in a Chinese restaurant. Smh. I can say my waitress was good and attentive. Best item was the Dr Pepper. I watched one of the workers put the tea container on the floor to clean it...yes, I left at that point. I felt sick on my way home and I'm nauseated this morning.

Found bugs on the table. I killed them looks like a type of baby roach. There were at least 4. We had just got our food and sat down and they started walking around on the table. Because I killed them we still had to pay for our meal. I didn’t even stay. I took a few bites of the food saw the bugs and said nah. Manager gave like a 2 dollar discount for the inconvenience. He said “was it in the food or on the table”I explained they kept walking on the table and I had killed them and now I’m leaving” he acted fine that they were just on the table and it was no big deal and when he asked if I showed anyone I explained again I had killed them and am now leaving; He said “oh you didn’t show anyone so no one knew” I said I killed them and i immediately left??? I’m so frustrated. #don’t recommend I will not be eating here again and hope y’all call pest control cuz that was crazy Adding partial receipt for time and date.

Husband wanted to try this place out based on the overrated reviews on here. We weren't greeted by any hostesses, then one said how many, which by "Ruby" when we followed her to the table, I preferred the table against the wall, I saw Ruby face wasn't happy when I wanted to changed. When hubby asked for Pepsi as his drink, rudely answered don't have it, Coke is what they have in replacement. After, walking around to see the selections, it's not much of what we used to, we have been to ALOT of buffets, especially, in the Arlington's area trust me no comparison. We were wondering why this place so packed. Well, there's not much of any Chinese restaurant around here. As we were eating, food is bland, too greasy, no chili hot sauce (only the oily kind), chicken is too sweet, not much of soup selections, popcorn shrimps is too small, compared to others. Crab legs but, no blue crab. No clams. This place has hardly any seafood. When the check brought to our table, the waitress refer us as "Guys, here's your check." Have some respect toward your customers, whatever happened to Mr. and/or Mrs. We were very disappointed from the service to the food. First, impression is everything. We hope management is reading this to helped improve this location services and have more seafood selections. Sorry, but we are...
