(12/23/24 @ 5:45pm. Team Member: Trish) Food was great, speed of service was good. My issue's came with ordering my food & post ordering... 1st issue was after entering the drive through line I immediately dropped my drive window & my DS rear windows for my dog. We were approached by a young looking, Caucasian appearing guy with floppy loose curly hair & no name tag. I immediately said "Hello sir how are you tonight?" No response, didn't even make eye contact with me just starts clicking on the iPad screen. He then stands there still not looking at me finally saying "so what do you want", I place my order and mentioned I had a reward for a free cookie or treat and his response is "ok and". I instantly just paid & pulled forward! 2nd issue was after pulling forward I was approached by a WONDERFUL, sweet & kind young lady who politely asked to pet my animal. Immediately gave full permission and she started to scratch my dogs head. After she stopped and said thank you then walked away she was instantly scolded very harshly by the same disrespectful & rude gentleman that took my order. I could hear him clearly scolding her & being rude to her for touching a dog (as if she's gonna go touch food right after petting my dog without proper hand sanitization).
I'm very shocked & disappointed in this level of service & respect towards not only myself as a customer but also a customer to witness such rude behavior to a fellow coworker. If this is how all the employees are treated I feel extremely sorry for them as that would be an extremely hostile work environment. I hope this behavior rectified & this employee is given proper customer service & employee treatment...
Read moreI have deep respect for the Chick-fil-A organization and appreciation of the challenges of a high volume store. The food is served appropriately cold, warm or hot. There are healthy choices for children and adults or good old loaded breakfasts, lunch and dinner choices. Their sweet tea and lemonade make the south proud as do the employees consistently cheerful service with a smile. The four star review, rather than a five star is due to lack of anticipation on customer drive thru demand. We are frequent customers. I typically place my order near 5-510 pm, which is peak time and frequent drive thru lines snake through their lot, past Game Stop and occasionally past Starbuck's side access. The last several trips my order is cheerfully confirmed, then paid. At the window, after payment, I am told my sandwiches aren't ready. I have to park in a small, high traffic lot to wait, which typically is five additional minutes or less. It is still aggravating after waiting in line to order (21 cars before me at one point) I do not comprehend why their main two sandwich offerings aren't anticipated or perhaps inform the customer when the order is placed so that we have the opportunity to change to a option without a wait. Now, all that adult whine to close with the pledge that I will be back to trade with a Christian company that quietly makes sure hungry families are served with dignity, veterans' dogs have food and managers pull up a chair to visit. This store is gracious and the kids seem to consistently tease one another and every single time make me believe them when they smile and say "It's...
Read moreChick-fil-A is typically the go to in any town you visit. They all seem to operate under the same premise of great customer service and quality food. This particular Chick-fil-A hasn't had the opportunity to expand like a lot of the other ones have and therefore it lacks quite a bit in the Drive-Thru area. there is no really good place to wait in the Drive-Thru line without blocking cars in their parking spaces or blocking traffic. The line goes quite slow since they don't have anyone in the line walking through to take orders or take money. They just do it the old-fashioned way and wait for you to get to the speaker then pull up to the window to get your order. Yesterday the girl had a very hard time hearing what I was asking for and I repeated myself a few times. When I got my food I was trying to pull out of the drive-thru and there were customers walking from the parking lot into the restaurant and from the restaurant into the parking lot on a crosswalk that directly goes in front of the drive-thru. I had to wait and therefore hold up that traffic behind me that had already been waiting in line just like I had. When I got to where I was going I opened my bag and realized they had not given me any napkins or my sauce for my nuggets. Sure, I can live without napkins and my sauce, but it was just not the norm for a Chick-fil-A to make two pretty big mistakes like that in a Drive-Thru. if they don't have room to expand on that piece of property, I would suggest they start thinking about building elsewhere. They are always busy as far...
