Hobby Lobby — Local services in Greenville

I had left a great review 2 months ago, but after today I had to change it. I was at checkouts. The young lady was done with my purchase, and I was grabbing my bags to leave. The cashier asked her supervisor, Laryna or Lorna...something like that, if she could go get a drink of water. The supervisor asked her if she had gone to lunch yet, to which the young lady shook her head. The supervisor walked off. I asked the cashier if she was okay. She said that's alright because they may get busy all of a sudden. There was no one at any of the checkouts. Then I said you are up here talking to customers, getting dry mouth, and you can't go get water? She said it was fine. Then when I was walking off, the supervisor asked the lady if she did books. I started to act a fool, because it's just water. The lady is thirsty. Who needs permission the get water and the supervisor says no? I am livid. I WILL NOT shop here again if that is the way they treat their employees. There is one in Rockwall. I will go there. I own a small business. I would want my employees to be comfortable and know they are valued. Hobby Lobby, you have to do and be better. This...

We spent way too much time and money in here today 😄. They have a little bit of everything and have possibly convinced me that I need to buy and launch model rockets again 😆. Store was clean and plenty of employees around to assist if needed. Side note: (see photo) One complaint, however, that hobby lobby had no control over and I do not hold against them... These people decided they needed a closer parking spot in the handicap section, with no handicap placard or tags... With their business advertising on their car too! Parked all kinds of sideways as well... My wife is handicapped and in a wheelchair and we had to park elsewhere to be able to get in and out of the van. I'll be leaving them a review reflecting my opinion on their business page in hopes they are a bit more empathetic towards other people...

This Hobby Lobby is a fantastic place to shop for small craft and seasonal items. At this Hobby Lobby I enjoy when they bring out their Fall seasonal items during the month of August. I love the season of Fall in Texas, so as soon as I enter this location and see all the Fall colors, scents and decorations I'm enjoying the moment. This location is very clean and does it's best to keep all aisles packed with craft and decorative items. I enjoy their selection of Gundam mech models from entry level to master. I like the assorted beach and ocean themed paintings and decorations they have on display. This location has friendly customer service and will help when needed. I can find items pretty easy on my own when I take the time to look around and become familiar with...
